We understand your frustration, and it’s clear we missed the mark on several aspects of your experience. We take your comments about the check-in process, breakfast service, and room conditions seriously. A long wait at check-in and the issues with breakfast, such as the lack of tables, bowls, and spoons, are absolutely not the standard we aim to provide, and we’ll be looking into these areas to ensure they’re addressed.
