Do not stay here .. terrible customer service from staff... I checked in online and was asked for a €40 holding fee, my friends I travelled with did not check in online and we're not charged, Niether were friends who stayed at another Ibis in Montreuil on same week-end. When I found my room the connecting door to the next room was unsecured and the lock bolt was stuck and i couldn't release it I returned to reception where a younger male , who I guess was a supervisor seemed unconcerned, arrogant and unwilling to listen and identity with my problem that was the hotel's making, he even went so far as to say all my possessions would be ok , even though I couldn't secure the room. At that moment a couple interjected who were staying in the adjacent room, they complained that the room was not clean, or prepared for them. We all went upstairs, the supervisor disagreed with the couple and said their room was fine ! Which it wasn't, it had litter in it and the bed was used He seemed unconcerned with my issue, the interconnecting door and said he had no one to fix it!!! My mate who was in the opposite room demanded to speak to a manager , at this point the member of staff became aggitaited and raised his voice. My lock issue was eventually solved by my friend using his own key to unjam the lock . The next morning I went to breakfast, couldn't find where it was at first as no one on check in had told me where it was All in all i terrible experience I've stayed at many hotels in Europe and USA and this one was a clown show, terrible customer service Do not waste your time staying here

Service waktu check-in baik, sarapan pagi baik sekali. Pemandangan untuk kamar panoramic sangat baik. Sayang kamarnya agak kecil dan lantai/karpet kurang baik.

I booked 4 nights here in Paris and was really disappointed in everything, I regret not just spending a little more for another hotel in the beginning. Odor from the bathroom,spots everywhere and I was just miserable in my room. I left after 48h (would have left the first day but had to find a new hotel with little to no notice) but my new hotel was amazing. I did tell them I was checking out early because I wasn’t happy with my room. I sent them an email + with these pictures got no reply and had to talk to booking.com through phone and email and waste my time on my vacation for this and it’s still in the works but I just want a refund because I paid the same amount for my new hotel so almost €600 euros for two hotels. Booking.com talked to the hotel and said they denied everything and nothing was wrong with the room.. Also took a video of the room and when I left just as extra proof. The lobby looks nice but that’s it Wouldn’t stay there again. Don’t recommend

We spent 2 nights on a family trip at Ibis during the Easter holidays. Hotel is located near to public transportation, good for those without a car. Parking at a price of €15 per night - The elevators from parking to the hotel were out of service, and we had to use the emergency stairway with exit to street, the doors kept opened, and unknown people use the stairs as bathrooms and some strangers literally urinate in the stairs, the smell is disgusting for 3 longs floors, in my case with kids to cross over this horrible experience. There is a breakfast option for €15 that includes very basic options, terrible! For two days there wasn't any cheese available, no cheese! The accommodation is very small for the standard and triple options (we had two rooms booked), the bathrooms need to be maintained urgently, and many poor repairs done. There is no mini bar available. Looks like a hostel!

For some reason this property will deduct your money when booking and then they will send an email that the payment didn't go through - even though it has CLEARLY been deducted from your account. When you go check in, they will ask you to pay again with your card. Then they will tell you that they will »refund« the original payment. It's very unprofessional. Quality beds, excelent sleep though.
