The hotel's location isn't very convenient. It's not accessible by public transportation. However, if you have a Grab or Gojek taxi app, this drawback is offset by the low cost of a taxi ride. The hotel itself has no flaws in any of the rating criteria. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast. An incredible selection of dishes to suit every taste. It was hard to choose just one. The price-quality ratio is simply perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran. The location is very strategic, close to JIEXPO and major city spots. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering great comfort. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch—especially the large swimming pool, well-equipped gym, and relaxing spa. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Nice affordable staycation place in the heart of Kemayoran area. Very efficient check in process by Mba Aisha, comfortable room (thank you for complimentary upgrade), nice pool and wellness facilities (sauna, steam, hot and cold plunge), nice food and beverages at plumeria lounge, thank you Mba Desi & Mba Ica for great services. Overall, pleasant staycation and thank you all Grand Mercure Kemayoran staffs for excellent hospitality.
