The reservation desk was terrible

We've arranged our reservations months before our arrival. While we were on our flight to Jakarta (a few hours before our arrival), the reservation desk started to hassle us with whatsapp messages for a pre-payment to guarantee the room. Luckily I had transit flight so I could fix that. This is no way to treat your customers. If you want a payment beforehand, arrange it days/weeks before arrival instead of threatening at the arrival date. The guys at the bar were friendly and made our visits there and at the restaurant pleasant. Everything else was a minor experience.

The Service was amazing, the Staff were fast to respond and very helpful through out the event, the staff’s support and enthusiasm was very appreciated The lifts were fast and smelt good There are loads of parking spots and the security was helpful with informing where to park

Sorry but my experience did not meet expectations

I recently stayed at this five-star hotel as a Diamond member of Accor, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The level of service needs significant improvement. Upon arrival, the receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful. My booking was canceled without any prior notification, which left me without the preferred room type (a large bed in a smoking room). When I checked in, I noticed that the bathroom mat was missing, indicating a lack of proper room inspection before my arrival. The promised VIP treatment only came after I was already in my room, and I faced a maintenance issue with the bathroom faucet, making the overhead shower unusable. At checkout, I was not asked about my stay or any issues I encountered, which further added to the lack of attentiveness from the staff. While the room itself was nice, the overall service fell short of the five-star standard. I hope they can improve their service to match the quality of their accommodations.

A review to enhance your level of service

I barely complain abt anything but this hotel really cross the line and has terrible services. The title for 5 star (even not luxury category) is too high for this property. Dear management pls pay attention on below: 1. No one welcoming on arrival & helping to unload the luggage from the car 2. Check in was wow no one offer assistance until an intern direct me to receptionist. the receptionist didn’t say welcome or even smile. they only told me to fill phone number, email, deposit disclaimer form (didn’t asking if i want to put depo or no). that’s it. didn’t explain our reservation details or inclusions or bfast venue until i had to ask it myself. they didn’t even ask my ID, they only ask my friend’s. 3. the room was not ready when i arrive i totally understand because it’s not the check in time yet, but no explanation how they will get us know if the room’s ready until i asked. they told us will contact us by WA but until 7pm no one hit us on WA. 4. when arrived at 7pm to get the room key, they ask my room number which is i don’t know as they didn’t explain anything earlier. now i get the room key but no one direct us how to get the room like wow i had to ask for a direction first. 5. arrived in the room, i had requested for a room with city view 2 months prior arrival and our room facing to a dark parking building. i can’t sleep. i tell the operator, they said they don’t have another room so i want a refund. then the operator asked me to send a message to their reservation team not their manager on duty. of course i had to ask again for their manager number. 6. we were so tired to tell them in the new room there’s no face towel or lotion which 5 stars should have that amenities. 7. today, the receptionist texted and asked for a pending payment which i already pay 1 night deposit and settled all the payment upon check in. when i checked in the receptionist even say my payment has been done before i made it, and i told them that i supposed to pay 1 night more on arrival. after checking found out there’s miss communication within their team which wrongly posted a bank transfer or whatever it is. honestly i want to give it 1 star but i appreciate a housekeeper who greet us in front of the lift on the next day when i i am on my way to get breakfast. it’s the first person who greet us there. and i appreciate a guest relation who draw on the mirror in my old room

The hotel rooms are well designed and spacious. Laundry is the most expensive I’ve experienced outside of USA but Lince made every right. There are good views and it is secure. The nightly pricing is reasonable and a good value. I would not order the room service.
