A very pleasant experience from the Novotel Mangga Dua team for their surprise on my birthday. Thank you very much to Mr. Haikal and Ms. Hany. The cleanliness of the room and the taste of the breakfast food are all highly recommended. The location is strategic and close to shopping and dining options.

Great for staycation

Spacious room and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend for staycation! Unfortunately there’s no non-smoking room available during peak season, so the room was quite smelly.. but slightly better after ozone treatment

Our Always Fav Hotel

We stayed here from December 27 to December 30 and booked two rooms. This hotel is our regular place to stay. We always love the strategic location, the helpful and very friendly staff, and how easy it is to get a Blue Bird taxi. The check-in and check-out processes were quick, and we got connecting rooms just as requested. The only downside was that we were on the 6th floor, which is supposed to be a smoking floor, so the room didn’t have carpet (we usually stay on the 7th, 8th, or 9th floor). However, the room was still spacious and clean, with a nice street view. We really like how roomy, clean, and comfortable the rooms are. Our favorite part is definitely the large swimming pool. Breakfast had many choices and tasted great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We also ordered fried rice with beef ribs, which was delicious, and the service was fast. Every time we visit Jakarta, we always stay at this hotel. It truly feels like our second home in Jakarta. Thank you, Novotel Mangga Dua 🤗 See you again in June ❤️

Pertama kali staycation singkat bersama keluarga di sini, dari staff2 disini pelayanannya baik dan ramah semua terutama mas Rey Front Office, best hospitality. Overall for rooms are great and the facilities in this hotel are great too.. We'll be back for sure, thanks Novotel Mangga Square.
