The room was very comfortable, hospitality was very good, clean, pleasant, and welcoming. Service is top-notch! Had a nice stay. I would definitely love to come back again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent from the moment I arrived. Although my room had already been allocated an upgrade, which I appreciated the reception staff went above and beyond when I requested a pool view. They were very friendly, accommodating, and did everything they could to meet my request. I ended up with a beautiful room offering a stunning view, and I couldn’t have been happier. The breakfast was very nice, with a good selection of options to start the day. I also had dinner at the hotel, and the food was great with very good service to match. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and hospitality. DR F Haroon

All great, from the location, the specious deluxe rooms, the gym and restaurant facilites even the staff Mr.Adhar are very giving their effort to service. It's remarkable experience staying in north jakarta specially mangga dua area

This is not my first time staying in this hotel. All the exprience is very good and feels like home. When check in handle by Mba Katrina and she is helpful. Definitely i’ll coming back again
