very kids friendly but a bit crowded They have an entertainment room both for adults and kids strategic location too, the food was standart, they have a kids facilities and have a bar named nelayan bar, check in check out process very quick and check out process with GRO named Nafilla

I come here when high season but still get good experience..Great and clean hotel..kida friendly, swimming pool and playground are nice..Delicious food..Get free room upgrade from mba isa felix.. Thank you mercure.. Definitely will come back insya Allah..

Comfy room with fres interior design, Wifi connection was very stable and I recommend for conducting for bussiness meeting, for the breakfast not many various baverage but quite good and fresh. this hotel bring me joy and I'm never feeling bad experiences as long as I stayed here for 3 days.

I booked the hotel for a fullboard meeting. The room is quite large and nice! The meeting room is clean and decent. The snack is good. We love the coffee machine! The milk is fresh. No technical issues by far, which is perfeeeect! Bu Suningsih has stayed for the entire meeting to ensure we have everything we need. We're glad to know her as she was really helpful and humble to us!

Mercure Ancol is one of the hotel that located strategically in one of the most famous tourism spot in Jakarta. The building itself was quite old but the facilities has been renovated to give us the best staying experiences. They implemented a go-green environment in the hotel, starting with the room card key that feels & looks like a piece of wood. The rooms were cozy, clean and very spacious for Jakarta's room standard. The room hallway felt so comfortable since they never turn the AC off even at late night, perhaps they turn it off when everybody's sleeping. As for the Grand Deluxe room, they used bottle made from glass to stored mineral water which are great so no more plastic bottle anymore. The shampoo & body soap has the scent like an expensive one, gives you a relaxing bathing experience. The pillow might seems big but actually it was soft and definitely going to give a very calmly sleep through the night. The AC was pretty easy to operate, so we can adjust to match the temperature that we want. As for the Suite room, the living room was great & spacious. Enough for a small family gathering here. Just open the curtain and enjoy a lovely sea view. It has a small kitchen to make some coffee and stuff. It also has a toilet in the living room for guest which very convenience too. The best part of this hotel was the Swimming Pool. The kids were loving it and enjoying it very very much. Don't forget the foam party. Kids and parents were enjoying it so much. We never experience such fun activity like the foam events on the pool. There were 2 slides, the medium height and the higher height. Definitely recommended to bring your family and kids to this hotel. They provided 2 towels per room once we get to the pool, so no need to bring towels from the room. Now, one of the important part when we are staying in hotel is the breakfast part. I'd say there were several area for breakfast; the indoor, the outdoor, the outdoor without roof and 2nd floor if I'm not mistaken. I was visiting at the long weekend period with my family and we came around 7.30. If was very crowded and hardly to get seat. My parents & my kids must wait to get seated at indoor and I have to sat outdoor without the roof which was very very sunny back then. Unfortunately, this area, they provided ashtray so as you can guess, we must sit next to a smoker. Which is very very an inconvenience experience. Breakfast has quite variation for the food and the drinks. The services that they given to me and my family were such an excellent service. Start from the doorman, the bell boy, Ms Sepvira on the front desk was really helpful when explaining to me about the Family room was actually 2 rooms connected, the pool guys were giving my kids unforgettable moments by the foam and they allow the kids to splash water to them [they were quite strict with the kids for their own safety which is great], guys... you are one of the best pool guys I ever met. But then, what makes me gave a 4-star review? I did have a very disappointing experience with the sales spokesperson, Ms Vita. She gave me a misleading information about the Family room, I did ask and reconfirm it if the family is 1 room with 3 beds + living room and she said yes. Unfortunately, Family Room was 2 rooms; Suite + Gr Deluxe joined with connecting doors. For room confirmation she told me to contact front desk and payment confirmation she told me to contact accounting division by myself which I found was considerably unprofessional. The conversation that was given was very cold, I wasn't welcomed and not polite for a person who work in a hospitality industry. Then I asked my event manager to assist regarding to this reservation. It’s the same, she gave us such an arrogant attitude and not fit to a hospitality standard. I hope Mr. Sebastien Marty could pay some concern on this one. However, Mr. Fachry as the Manager on Duty did an excellent job for the special request that we sent as one of my parents was having a special day. So, much oblige to Mr. Fachry and team for you cooperation & attention that you guys given to us and make the stay memorable. I recommend to stay in Mercure Ancol along with you family. One night might not sufficient to fully explored and experiences all the services that Mercure Ancol provided for us. It was a pleasure to stay at Mercure Ancol.
