First impression menginap di Mercure Ancol sangat warm welcome especially petugas front office. Check in process smooth dan sangat komunikatif. Saya menginap di 1056, kamarnya vintage dan sangat family friendly. Overall saya dan keluarga sangat satisfied menginap disini dan will be back soon.

Nice place to stay with your family and kids friendly. Many The facilities like Swimming pool, playground, face painting for kiddos. Nice view to beach. Good place to spend your holiday. Nice service from Mba Handa and Mas Retno. Thank youuu

The clean of the room is excelent. The room services are very kind. Also the view is very good. The food are delicious, the drinks also ver good. The stafs are very kind while doong their services. And then, me, I also got good service from Mawar.

Hotel with spacious meeting room but very unfortunate because wifi is not well connected and breakfast place is very crowded, uncomfortable! 4 star hotel but not as it should be, maybe in the future more attention will be paid to the comfort of visiting guests.

Stay here while there is an event in ancol. At mercure with a very affordable price you can get a spacious room type, a lot of varied breakfast, and amazing hotel facilities. Across the hotel you can go to the mini zoo ancol in allianz eco park. in the hotel itself there is also a connection door from the hotel to the beach/sea. The swimming pool also has children's games. behind the restaurant there is a children's play area. From pool ball facilities, billiards, to VR games. Every Saturday and Sunday there are also clown entertainers and activities for children. This hotel is very family friendly.
