From the moment I stepped into the hotel, Ms. Rahma’s warmth and professionalism made the check-in process effortless and welcoming. She handled everything with such kindness, ensuring a seamless and quick check-in. To my surprise, she even arranged a wonderful upgrade, making my stay even more special. The best experience so far, I like the food especially, Staffs are friendly and very helpful which sometimes you find it hard to get. I got a clean room, but maybe that needs to be improved is that regarding how to use a soap and please be a member of Ancol Jakarta so we can have an access to in/out from Ancol area

Good experience, strategic place inside Ancol, Smooth check in with Mba Elsa very helpful and friendly to help us for early check in. room very nice and clean, Mba Elsa offer us another option available room when check in and also good price Thank you!
