We stayed at this location when travel was disrupted in Amsterdam due to snow. The two guys that checked us in were so friendly, kind and helpful with suggestions for our onward travel, allowing us to check in early and offering washing facilities we were so grateful for this kindness. The hotel location is excellent only a few minutes walk to Sloterdijk station where you have access to train,bus and metro. The rooms are very clean and beds super comfortable. All staff were super friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Very polite and helpful staff. Clean and good-sized rooms, location is perfect for a better price than hotels in Centrum as it's only 3 min away from Sloterdijk train station and 5 min by the train to Amsterdam Central which costs 7€.

I stayed with my friend at this hotel, and the first impression was very pleasant. The recepcionist welcomed us warmly and offered a welcome drink. The room was very spacious, equipped with two beds, a mini bar, a work desk and a bathtoom with complete amenities. Staying here for two nights felt so fast. This four star hotel has other facilities like a gym, luggage's store, meeting room, sky bar restaurant, parking, mini market and toilets that are friendly for friends with disabilities. The view from hotel is nice, very quiet. The location is very strategic, right at Sloterdijk train station. Only five minutes to city centre by train. The service was very satisfying, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended to stay here, will defenitely come back . Exellent Hotel very friendly staff at the reception desk

The hotel is excellent. I received an extremely friendly welcome at the reception. However, the self check‑in was annoying and took longer than expected. There were three staff members at the front desk who could have completed the check‑in much faster than I did myself, and I believe older guests might struggle with this system. For a hotel of this category, I would actually expect a staff‑assisted check‑in. As a hotelier myself, I truly appreciated that when I had an issue with the air conditioning, I was immediately moved to another room, and I even received two follow‑up calls to check if everything was fine. The rooms were very well furnished and extremely clean. For my personal preference, the mattresses were too soft and the topper was a bit too much. I encountered several housekeeping staff members during my stay, and although I always greeted them politely, none of them responded — that should not happen. Overall, I would gladly return.
