Super friendly staff! Especially Steven. Thanks for giving us the information we needed to have a lovely stay in your hotel and in Amsterdam. The rooms are clean and spacious. Even if it’s on a busy road inside in the hotel it’s super quiet! We’re def coming back!

Saya menginap 3 malam dan harus membayar 24…++ diluar city tax sesuai petunjuk aplikasi all accor, tapi di hotel mencharge saya membayar 34…++, sungguh mengecewakan, sangat mengecewakan, tidak akan pernah menginap disitu lagi.... Tidak menyenangkan sama sekali....bahkan saya akan merekomendasi untuk tidak kesitu kepada teman dan kerabat saya di indonesia dan eropa.

Booked again as we've stayed there before and really enjoyed it. Upon arriving at the hotel we were offered a great upgrade to a larger suite, but I'm afraid that's the end of the good news. Noone mentioned at time of booking nor again when we checked in, that there was absolutely no restaurant available and the room service menu was greatly reduced. I find this sneaky and duplicitous to not mention at time of booking or again when face to face at check in, but no it slipped there minds!!! Still charged full rate though despite there being half the hotel out of commission. They did know off the mini bar bill which amounted to approx 30 euro,poor compensation if I'm honest. Won't stay again.

A brilliant 3 night stay at this hotel! It was in amazing location, one step outside and you are in the hustle and bustle of Dam Square. The room was spacious with nice facilities & the bed was sooo comfy! The room was a little tired in places but nothing that a little paint wouldn’t sort out. We opted for breakfast everyday which was really yummy and there was a lot of choice for everyone and it set us up for the day. All of the staff were lovely, really helpful and pleasant to talk to. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful!

We stayed at this hotel in October for 3 nights , breakfast included. Great location , Dam Square , lots of shopping & 15 min walk to Amsterdam Central Station. Hotel was clean, & QUIET .Staff was friendly & very helpful . I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay . Dam Square is quite busy a lot of foot traffic , like New York. . Wear comfortable shoes !!
