Left my makeup out before leaving the room came back after cleaners has been in there and couldn’t find my makeup palette, tried speaking to the hotel and they advised they couldn’t do anything about this. room was dirty full of cobwebs, food and drinks were incredibly overpriced. would not recommend this place

Too many people book places like this then try leave a poor review… I don’t get it! When you book a hotel like the “Ibis” you’re getting what you pay for a simple room which is a decent enough place to lay your head down for the night! If you’re wanting 5 star quality go pay for it! This hotel was great for the value, so I am saying for what we paid it’s 5 STAR!! The location is incredible, straight off your flight into the airport, in the airport there is the train station which takes 15 minutes and you arrive at the Ibis, I don’t think we could have found a better hotel for location and price!

Convenient location adjacent to the railway station

I stayed here for a couple of nights in December 2025. The hotel is extremely well located. Come out of Amsterdam Centraal Station, turn left, and you're at the hotel within a couple of minutes. You can see the Ibis sign quite clearly. In fact, the back part of the hotel is built over railway tracks, so you get a good view of trains coming and going. I was on the fourth floor and there was just a bit of muffled train noise in the morning. The room was small, as is the case with Ibis hotels, but it was comfortable and clean. Downstairs in the foyer there is a bar and a small area where you can buy snacks and coffee. All the staff members were very friendly and polite. This is a good Ibis hotel, enhanced by its convenient location adjacent to the railway station. Within just a few minutes' walk is central Amsterdam with hundreds of restaurants and shops. This was my second stay at this hotel and I would be very happy to stay there again.

Room nice and clean huge bed comfortable staff very helpful and professional lovely bar area very relaxing nothing to dislike would highly recommend and would stay again should have kettle in all rooms
