Room nice and clean huge bed comfortable staff very helpful and professional lovely bar area very relaxing nothing to dislike would highly recommend and would stay again should have kettle in all rooms

Great location, with easy access to the train station and just a short walk to the city center. Asia & Krizzle at reception made our experience x10 times better!

Noisy, smelly and crowded

Understand it is next to train station, is a budget hotel but it is chaotic, crowded, noisy and the bathroom stunk. Noisy young people who are oblivious to hotel rules about noise and disruption. My mistake - never to be repeated.

I had a great stay at Ibis Hotel near Grand Central Amsterdam The hotel is very modern and well-designed offering a comfortable and clean environment. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh and delicious options. Its location is perfect just steps away from the central station, making it easy to get around and join tours. The staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommended for both convenience and service!

Good hotel, good rooms & great location

Stayed here for 3 nights in a river view room (852). Check in was seamless, service from the lady that checked us in was great and our room was available early which was unexpected but allowed us to freshen up before going out to explore! Location is great, right next to/overlooking Centraal station with trains, trams and metro on your door step. Room was comfortable and well appointed and the river view looking out over the station and the IJ towards the A’dam tower was nice. Bed was very comfortable but I found the pillows far too soft and could do with being firmer. Bathroom and shower was good. Only slight criticism is the room was quite warm and couldn’t get the air con to work as which ever way you turned the temperature dial, it still seemed to blow out hot air so turned it off but couldn’t really open the window as was staggered sliding windows, not a major thing but prefer a cooler room when trying to sleep. All in all will 100% stay at this hotel again on my return to Amsterdam.
