チェックイン後、部屋で休息しようとしたが、上か隣の部屋での工事の音がうるさく休めなかった。何度もフロントで電話をし、ようやく4度目の電話で工事が止まった。allメンバーとしてaLLのホテルをよく使っているが、こんなことは初めてだった。しかも、誰も謝らないというひどい状況だった。

滞在中、素晴らしいおもてなしを体験しました。清潔感が行き届いた快適な部屋はもちろんのこと、スタッフの皆さんがとてもフレンドリーで親切に接してくれ、心からリラックスできました。特に感動したのは、妻の誕生日をサプライズでお祝いしてくれたことです。事前に相談したわけではありませんでしたが、ホテルの方が気を利かせて誕生日ケーキを用意してくださり、思い出に残る滞在となりました。素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができ、とても感謝しています。またぜひ訪れたいです。

バリ島3泊4日の宿泊先として利用させて貰いました。 ホテル内のプールサイドにはリクライニングチェアが十分な数あり、ゆったり寛ぐことが出来ました。 スミニャックの繁華街やダブルシックスビーチにも近く、バリ島を満喫するには最適なホテルであると感じました！

部屋は広く快適でした。改善を望む点は以下です。 ・冷蔵庫の上にいつも小蝿が数匹いた。 ・プールが狭く日陰が多く、ビーチベッドが少な過ぎる。 ・朝食のビュッフェが美味しくない(ヌードルは美味しいです)。 ・チェックインの時の受付の男性の対応が高圧的で感じが悪い。
