Upon arrival after a nasty delayed flight we arrived at 1:30am and were told our accommodation wasn’t paid for after getting a confirmation a month prior then having to pay for our first night again to be able to get to bed. Staff were not helpful at all and demanded we show them proof of payment even though we had confirmed prior. Our Water was off for hours our first day and were told it was a maintenance issue and would be repaired after 3 hours. Cold water stopped working after day 3 at 11pm and had to wait for maintenance to fix AGAIN. Staff gave us no alternative and were not helpful at all!

Very nice hotel and very nice staff……………. The rooms are huge and clean…….. pool is amazing………………… this is our second time to stay at Mercure Bali legian………. the view is very nice……… Room service was great….. will come back again….. Thank you…..

Our sty was amazing the service was impressive and humility was in another level. Two outstanding folks were Wulan and Rikki. 24 hr all round service and housekeeping every morning. Taxi services were prompt and recommended best places to visit. Night clubs are all at a walking distance and Beachwall mall had the most amazing shops.
