1st trip to Bali for our 31st Wedding Anniversary and disappointing stay at the Mercure Bali Legian. Hits and Misses ! Hits 1) Dining. Thankful to Ancak Restaurant staff Ms iin for her thoughtfulness and attentive service making our dining experiences a truly memorable one (3 times dining at Ancak). 2) Location. Great location and conveniently located to many touristy shops and restaurants. Short walk to Legian beach. Misses 1) Horrendous check-in experience. Was denied AccorPlus Gold benefits here - no room upgrade and no early check-in? Most welcome to provide full details if requested via email. 2) room aircon was not working on the 4th night (no way i could call Front Desk since it's past midnight and early hours in the morning). 3) pool bar - was denied food menu but other foreign guests were given.. racism or miscommunication? 4) strangely different airport transfer rate given by hotel front desk (300k) vs hotel tour/taxi desk (250k) ?

The Hotel is very beautiful had a great stay, also met the most amazing people there, Purii gave me great customer service she made my experience in Bali extra amazing she’s so friendly and knows how to put smiles on people’s faces, the breakfast was wonderful great variety to chose from, the pool on level 4 with the bar is amazing, had an amazing stay at Mercure in Bali will definitely recommend.

I personally cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. Friendly staff, good ammenities. Clean, central and easy to access. Located or block off the beach and within walking distance to almost everything. Easy to book. Good rates. Facilitate include restaurant,room servic, bar area ground and 4th floor. Two pools, underground free parking

Myself and my partner stayed here in June. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Our room was right above a busy road and was pretty noisy. Luckily the noise died down around midnight until the early morning. The hotel has a very corporate feeling and lacking that Bali vibe.. however for The cheap rate we paid I feel like it’s a good affordable option if your looking to do Bali on a budget. The pool areas were nice and buffet breakfast good. The Italian place across the road was amazing and there’s a good little coffee shop On the corner for great breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay very much.. Staff were wonderful, friendly and polite and very helpful… The pool on the 4th floor was very clean…also did activities water aerobics a if you wish to join in… my rooms was very clean… The room also has a smart TV… The Mercure isn’t far from the beautiful I stay here often and always enjoy it…
