A nearly perfect break

The stay at the Pullman was intended to be a restful break after a very stressful couple of months, which on the whole it was, the staff were very helpful, the breakfast had everything you could want, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. What let it down was the fact that every night around midnight we were woken up by motorbikes on the road outside our room, as we had the ocean view. Most of the time we could not hear the traffic but the noisy motorbikes made me think the door to the balcony was open. I would not recommend the ocean view rooms for that reason.

We come to Pullman for celebrate birthday and Ibu Citra help to arrange birthday decoration in our room it was so memorable for us, Bu Citra so friendly staf always smile and very help full. Room was very good and hotel is kid friendly. Will come back again.

Great Location Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The most amazing staff that are kind helpful happy.

This holiday we took our grandson as it was his first overseas trip. The hotel was fabulous. We had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms which was great as our grandson had his privacy but still close. The room are spacious and very clean. I would like to mention Haity, Ayu, Lina, Willa, Cahyn, Sari, Mudita who was so good cooking my grandsons eggs exactly how he liked them,Gita, Aris and Candra. My grandson is extremely sensitive to how his food is and all the staff were extremely helpful in preparing his food and drinks and we appreciate all you help and care. At the lobby I would like to mention Dodi, Lestari, Junai ti, Ayik, Ayiti, Bayu and Fendi who always helps me weigh my bags as I like to shop. Everyone at the lobby are always happy greating us and asking if they can help us in any way. I would like to say a big big Thankyou my the most kindest, caring and nicest person Arya you are such a special person and we love you. The Pullman are so lucky to have you 💖 ❤️

Underwhelming experience. Pretty basic pool which would have been ok if it didn’t have so many feathers in it which I guess is why my daughter got swimmers itch after being it. Limited gluten free options, they were unable to do any gluten free pizza, hot chips or toasties for lunch, the only options gluten free were salads or a full main meal. The gluten free bread at breakfast is very average. Service is really slow even though it’s super quiet. Total lack of atmosphere. Overall pretty disappointing and I’ll be glad to head to Padma Legian tomorrow.
