Гостеприимный городской отель начиная со стойки регистрации и заканчивая прекрасными ужинами. Компактный отель с удобной локацией, живописный вид на лагуну, профессиональные повара и очень доброжелательные, улыбчивые сотрудники, качественный клининг, тренажерный зал заслуживает самых восторженных отзывов, чистые общественные туалеты, дети с удовольствием проводили время в игровой комнате. Необходимо улучшить: ковровые покрытия в ощественных зонах и номере имеют специфический запах, что портит впечатление о пребывании в отеле - необходим клининг или замена. В отеле отдыхают дети из разных стран: очень хотелось бы видеть детскую игровую комнату побольше и специалистов, которые профессионально занимались бы досугом детей (в данный момент за детьми присматривают и оказывают всяческую помощь спасатели на бассейне, но у них и без того достаточно работы: всегда что-то моют, трут, убирают, поливают растения). Отсутствовал Новогодний праздничный ужин, а они в сети Novotel очень душевные: специально привезли детей поучаствовать в галаужине, но к сожалению он не был организован: хотелось бы более праздничной атмосферы.

отель понравился тем, что персонал профессиональный и вежливый , в номере чисто и уютно , есть всё необходимое, хорошее расположение отеля, рядом есть кафе, магазины продуктовые, торговый центр и 10мин до залива на машине ехать, вообще супер, также в отеле разнообразная еда на завтраках

Отель хороший, номер дали чистый. Хорошо работает персонал, отзывчивый и приятный. Хотела бы отметить сотрудника у бассейна Manoj профессионал своего дела. Детей 11 лет не пустил в бассейн до моего прихода. Хорошо следит за порядком. В ресторане очень приятный персонал. В отеле работают профессионалы.
