Отель выбирала по отзывам и расположению. Номер-стандарт.Кровать одна 2-х спальная на двоих,хотелось бы раздельные.Белье качественное,меняли часто.Ванная комната удобная,не хватает крючков для полотенец и белья,хотелось бы приспособление для просушки купальников.Гладильная доска с утюгом есть ,фен и переходник по запросу принесли сразу. Вода,чай,сахар,чайник,сейф,блок с салфетками,вешалки в шкафу,тапочки-это есть. Шумоизоляция хорошая,спали хорошо,порядок не нарушался)))Окна не открываются,воздух не свежий в номере,хотя вытяжка и кондиционер работали и управлялись хорошо,регулировали как нам нужно.Розеток всего 2,разъём для зарядки с одной стороны кровати не работал,но мы обходились. Лифтов 3 шт,работали все.Трансфера на пляж нет,но отель оплачивает проезд на такси на пляж Аль Хан,нужно у водителя взять чек и на ресепшн вернут деньги,это удобно,ездили когда хотели по времени.Питание в отеле завтрак и ужин.Завтрак с европейским уклоном,много закусок,фруктов,мед,джем,йогурт,горячие напитки,тосты,сыры дорогие,овощи,немного слоеной выпечки,сосиски,омлет,яйца,картофель по деревенски.Наедались.Ужин сложный,с индийско-арабским приготовлением,острый,много пряных специй везде.Хорошая рыба,говядина,рис нескольких видов,овощи,салаты,соусы.Европейских блюд практически нет,но мы умудрялись уходить сытыми)))Детского меню нет.Не знаю,чем в ужин кормили детей родители.Очень вкусные тортики были и сухофрукты ))) Отель городской,своей территории нет,есть красивая набережная лагуны,с променадом и пальмами.Персонал не говорит и не понимает по-русски,только по-английски.Это минус,т.к. большинство гостей именно русскоговорящие. Были в рамадан,немного не понравилось то,что на ужине несколько раз присутствовали местные аборигены,с жёнами и детьми,вели себя шумно,ели руками из тарелок,дети бегали по ресторану,ковырялись в тортах,хватали фрукты руками из блюд. Все были в лёгком недоумении. Считаю,что таких ситуаций не должно быть.

This was my first time to check in Novotel UAE though I have been to Novotel Vizag India. The staff members I found absolutely amazing and supportive. Chef Azad made us feel as if if I was in India. During the RAMADAN period I observed that guests from China are so busy with tour going early morning and they are literally rushing in to finish their breakfast. Many a times the restaurant is packed but this person managed the whole thing with total control. Hope I will visit again with my family.

The view from the level 13th was amazing clean and silent room. Cleaning was always good on time. Breakfast was fine and delicious as continental meal thanks a lot to all the people who are working there for their kindness and professionalism I would like to mention Mr Alex from belldesk/reception sometimes I saw him there also he exceded beyond my expection for the great service Thank you very much

We love staying at this hotel. Stuff is very nice. Rooms and bathrooms are really clean. Food is delicious, Ahlam is very kind, nice lady who is attentive to customers in the restaurant, she always has a smile to welcome you. We recommend this hotel for your vacation in Dubai.
