The hotel rooms are terrible! I am not sure if 1 star should be given! No soap for hands, just a little bit in the shower, the water from the shower leakages everything to the room, only two big towels, one of them demaged with the holes… no hand towels, no hairdryer, the smell in the room is terrible! The shows and toilet should be renovated already few year ago. On the corridor smell of cigarets, the reception is not well warm person… the breakfast quite okey but the tables are not cleaned on time. As a Dubai hotel should not serve the guests in this conditions! I do not expect luxury but as for 3star hotel for sure is no worth!

We used this hotel because of the short way to the Airport. Its ok for one night. They supposed to get more personal at the frontdesk. You have to wait in the line because they have only one person for Check-in. In some rooms you can still smoke cigarrettes and if You don’t accept it be careffull. They gonna give You also this room when You are not asking for non smoking room. You have only one big towel in the bathroom and for every extra thing you have to pay extra if you don’t have some accor Status.

I like the simplicity of the Ibis Style Hotels but I expect to get what I pay for. I arrived this morning on the 3rd, of November 2024 in Room 417. The kettle was faulty and blew the fuses. I phoned to get it changed. There were no glasses, hand towels, tea, coffee, or milk. The safe wouldn't lock, had to phone to have new batteries inserted. Shaving mirror is hanging off the wall, the bedside table is too low for a glass of drinking water at night, the lighting is complicated, Showerhead holder is loose and doesn't hold the showerhead in place. The bathroom door does not keep water in the shower resulting in the bathroom floor being flooded. I have photos but unable to download them. If there is a hotel needing a new GM and floor manager, this is it. Riccardo Valvona

Всё понравилось: расположение отеля близко относительно метро, обслуживание на ресепшене, готовность помочь по возникающим вопросам, вкусные и сытные завтраки, наличие двух бассейнов, качественная уборка номера. Хотелось бы , чтобы по телевизору показывали русские каналы. В номер забывали ставить питьевую воду.
