As taj is offering bookings iver whatsapp first of all i texted on whatsapp to assist me with booking given all the details but no confirmation was made by Mr, tariq muhamamd so on the day of checkin i came to the hotel around 8:30am in the morning and informed them that i did not get any confirmation anyhow you can make the booking and i will wait for the room even taj offer 8am early checkin, understood about the availability for the room but the gentleman at the reception i forgot his name he was an indian or nepali wearing white dress was very rude and blunt by saying the hotel is full, accordingly informed him to atleast make the booking for me without taking it into considration he said i can't even make the booking, i was shocked by his answers that how can he say NO to the guest even though he should be polite and well mannerd, on asking him to call the manager he bluntly said he's on the meeting and he can not come so insisted him to let me speak to him just call him for which he clearly deined, so afterwards he just picked up the phone and called Henery i dont know his designation but the gentleman came and asked about what was the problem so informed him about the situation as per him he could not book taj bookings directly from the reception the booking should be made by reservation understanding his point informed him to make the booking for me and just send me the confirmation on my whatsapp so i woll come later for checkin, he took all my necessary details and said that we will get back to you until now 2 days NO confirmation received where as it was a special day for me which they ruined it, last but not least i texted the number which i tried to make the booking but this gentleman mr tariq didnt even bother to reply me after reading my text .i am really disappointed by the treatment that i got from these 3 staffs and will make sure that i will not come back even i stayed 2wks back but from now i will Not, 3rd even i call the guest service but not the lady really assist i got from the lady and on asking the name she was not ready to tell her name, management should take this seriously, these staffs have zero customer service and are lacking on how to deal with the guests.

I had dinner in Walima. Restaurant, rib eye is wonderful, so good, Irish service is excellent , she took care of while having dinner, and I was so happy with service.thank you very much. Also the hotel itself is very good place, calm and clean with many good people working always supporting customers and giving best service
