It was such a great memory for me while I was staying there for 2 nights. Especially, Pragya and Su Law from reception fulfill my requests and they never let me down. The cleanliness of the room and the solution to the air conditioning problem in the first room by suggesting that I be moved to another room by Mr. Ramadan, who came personally to check the air conditioning and help me move my belongings. This is due to his kindness, humility, and professionalism at work. Also, the Filipino reception team and Mr. Hossam had a role in all the problem and listening to me. Notes Finally, I want to extend my respect to the cleaning team, who was always smiling and asking about cleaning the room and welcoming them beautifully and repeatedly.
