I want to apriciate Nasma from housekeeping for cleaning our room nicely and Hussein supervisor for always checking our rooms whether it's cleaned and equipped with all amenities. 💯% I recommend this hotel and always will be back.

the experience was good from the beginning - Nana assisted us at check in - and all went well. the only thing... we stayed for 7 days... and I wanted to extend my stay for 1 day... the price they wanted to charge was bit less than half that I paid for the 7 days... so I didnt stay there for 1 more night... pity... bad marketing for the hotel and brand...

I would really recommend this hotel to my friends the rooms are big and spacious cleaned and I notice the staff are really well trained the way they responded the request is very fast (Mohamed ) he asked if we need anything else The housekeeping Manager visit as if how's our arrival experience(Mr Joseph) we really surprise the birthday set up they made for my sister in laws birthday To the room service cleaners (Roderick,Reprey,Ann and the supervisor Hussain really did the great job... We definitely come back to this hotel very accessible to Mall and Metro...love it love it so much

We had a very memorable stay at this property. The 2 bedroom apartment is awesome very spacious and very organized. We stayed for my sister’s 40th birthday and we are accommodated very nicely. Staffs were vey helpful, accommodating and attentive. Thank you so much Reprey, Ann and Romeo for assisting our needs and to Roderick for the beautiful birthday set up in our room. Special thanks to the Manager Mr. Joseph for always checking with us for our needs. The buffet breakfast at Liwaan Restaurant were awesome. The variety of food were excellent. Thanks to Reah for the assisting us. We enjoyed our stay and definitely we will recommend this hotel to pur friends. Thank you all so much for the hospitality, you guys are amazing.
