We arrived mid afternoon and were greeted by Kunst who was delightful! His English was impeccable too. The hotels location is perfect as it’s in the central square where all the bars, restaurants and shops are. It was very clean and modern with a Roman vibe going on with the decor. Parking is tight but managed to squeeze in our vehicles at a £19 Euro a day cost. We will be back! Thank you for a great stay!

Really good hotel, in a great location right in the heart of the city and an easy walk from most places. The staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly, they checked us in and walked across the courtyard to explain how to get to the rooms. They were very helpful with the various questions we asked of them and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble, they were a pleasure to talk to. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, which is really all you can ask for. Each room had an in-room safe which is always a welcome sign, even if you don't intend to use it. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were very good. The reason the hotel doesn't score 5/5 is because the rooms were very warm and the air-conditioning was apparently switched off. This was easily resolved by opening the window but in the middle of summer could become a problem. The breakfast was basic but sufficient, what you would expect in terms of cold meats, cheeses, cereals, pastries, bacon eggs, coffee and juice. There was no black tea available and only one, relatively slow coffee machine which meant if you arrived at the right time you might have to queue. A second coffee machine in the breakfast room would be a good investment. The car park was easy to find at the back of the hotel, if a little tight at times. It's quite small and tends to fill up quickly - if you get there much after 6pm you may struggle to get a space. However, there is a public multi storey car park directly across the street from the hotel and it's actually cheaper than the hotel one anyway. Overall this is a nice, welcoming, clean and comfortable hotel and I'd happily stay there again

Great central location with parking available, very helpful and friendly staff (English speakers) very clean and the rooms are a good size and modern. The hotel offers a great breakfast with a good selection.

Very professional and friendly reception. Room splendid. Don't put heating on too high: it gets really warm during the night. TV fine for us but maybe small for some. Check on presence of mug/glass for your pills: we didn't have any Huge ceilings.

There are a lot of good things about this hotel but unfortunately we had a difficult experience at check in which has led to us giving 3 stars overall. First, the hotel is in a very good and central location so easy to get to Christmas market, restaurants etc. Despite being central, it is very quiet. Cleanliness is good and there was a very good selection at breakfast. The rooms do not have coffee making facilities but there is free tea and coffee in reception from late afternoon until evening. Shower was powerful and hot and there was underfloor heating in the bathroom and air conditioning in the room. Unfortunately, we found ourselves in a confusing situation on arrival. We had booked three double rooms via Agoda and had been clear on the booking that one room was for a couple and the other two rooms had one person per room. This did not make any difference to the price in any event as we were charged per room rather than per person so the hotel did not lose any money due to single occupancy. However, the woman who checked us in wanted us to pay extra for the rooms with one person. She told us that we had prevented couples booking into the hotel by booking double rooms and suggested that we should be compensating the hotel for this (even though we had paid the same for the room as a couple would have done and we were told that the hotel does not have single rooms). When we questioned this, she eventually told us that she was "too tired" to discuss this further and tossed forms across the desk for us to put our details on. Two of our rooms were in the main hotel and one room in a building across the square. We were not given any details of how to get into this area (there was no sign on the door) and had to return for directions at which point the member of staff tried to ignore us. The door had a number on - if we had been told this in the beginning, it would have been easy to find. All other members of staff were lovely and helpful.
