Super convenient for Heathrow. Smashing reception, very welcoming. Great room and great price including substantial full buffet breakfast. Comfortable room. Very very clean. Use ordainary bus to and from Heathrow central. A quarter of the price of the hopper service.

Clean, comfy bed and pillows and friendly welcome - couldn’t fault it. The breakfast had a good choice of fresh croissants, hot cooked breakfast and fresh fruit. Highly recommend if you need a good place to stay if you are flying from Heathrow.

The rooms were comfortable. The evening menu had a nice selection of food. The hot breakfast was very bland. Tin mushrooms, under cooked bacon, hard scrambled and fried eggs. This was a downfall from the ibis at the 112 Bath Rd Heathrow where the breakfast was much better. The room rate was much cheaper.

I stayed here for 1 night prior to my flight to Los Angeles. The hotel offers close proximity to Heathrow airport, located only 10 minutes away from terminal 2. For the cost of £59, it was good value for money especially considering it included breakfast however I found the bed to be slightly hard however for just 1 night it did the job. The hotel doesn’t have many facilities, only a 24 hour reception, a restaurant & bar and a vending machine. The room was big enough for 2 people and the bathroom was modern however from when I entered the room, there was an unpleasant odour, like a musty damp smell. Also there was a mark on the curtain. Additionally, prior to my arrival I requested to have a room with an airport view but despite emailing the hotel and receiving a reply back saying my request had been noted, I ended up with the complete opposite of an airport view, my request wasn’t even mentioned when checking in. The view was nothing short of the back of the hotel looking over some houses. In relation to the staff, none of the staff went above and beyond - they all seemed very quiet however were pleasant enough. I did not have dinner here but did have breakfast. The breakfast buffet had a variety of different options including a pancake maker, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon as well as other hot dishes and continental breakfast items. I would not pay £15 each for it, it wasn’t the best - just average quality. Nothing special. To sum up my stay, for £59 it’s not bad at all and considering everyone here is only staying here for a very short stay, I would recommend it as a more affordable option with close proximity to Heathrow Airport.

Third time that I’ve stayed in this hotel over the past 6 years or so and honestly the improvement that I have observed makes it worth re-reviewing. Interior has been nicely refreshed since the last time I stayed, making it appear more comfortable and clean. The rooms themselves remain high quality; the beds are a bit overly hard, but otherwise all the other furnishings and bedding was new and comfortable. Great selections and service at the restaurant downstairs with friendly bar staff and a generous range of drinks that are well priced. Breakfast was also nicer than the last time that I stayed here, with a good mix of hot and cold items, all at a good level of quality. Finally - and my favourite part - if you are lucky enough to get 336 as your room (top floor annex), there is a fab view of T2 and the north runway at Heathrow. As an avgeek, this was a real stroke of luck to get to watch planes right from my bed! Will stay again, perhaps a bit sooner than last time.
