We stay here a lot and normally we give it 5*, unfortunately this time it’s only a 3*… On the positives Bar/ restaurant / staff /location all great Negatives Hotel looking tired particularly in bar area Our room Could not get the shower up to temperature and kept going cold. The bath tub was falling apart No conditioner in the dispensers The gym is small but good enough, however if you want a sauna is £40 to enter spa or free if you book a treatment It’s ludicrous if you want a sauna after a long flight to have to £40… It’s disappointing

Excellent hotel cut above the normal airport hotels . From moment we got out of our taxi the staff , baggage , reception , catering and room cleaning have been excellent . Friendly helpful and efficient Our breakfast was excellent and made very special by Marilou who served us well . So helpful And friendly , an ideal start to the days travel . Overall hotel facilities high quality and impeccably clean . Food is excellent .
