장기출장이나 키친과 세탁이 필요한 분들이면 수영장안쓴다 생각하고 묶을만 할것 같아요. 아이가 있거나 수영장 사용계획이 있으시다면 오지마세요. 직원들 영어구사 잘못하고. (짐작하고 pool 만 듣고 내얘긴 듣지도 않고 다른 소리함) 수영장 곰팡이, 깨진타일 한번도 갈지 않은것 같은 더러운물, 청소를 안한지오래되어 미끄러운 바닥, 컴플레인하니 보수중이라고 ㅎㅎ 체크인할때 그런말없었고 수영장 이용한다니 안내해줘놓고?? 어이상실. 수영장 매일 이용할 계획이라 개선이 내일까지 어렵다면 호텔 바꾸고 싶다고 했으나 낼 아침까지 하겠다 우김.. 물론 전혀 개선안됌. 방으로 콜백 달라 했으나 아무도 안함. 매니저도 마찬거지.. 결국 지내는동안 수영장 계속 못썼고 보상도 없었음. 추후 돌아와서 헤드쿼터에 항의메일썼더니 간신히 리워드 포인트 줌..절대비추 가지마세요..중국,한국 단체관광객도 너무 많고 너무 성의없고..저 심지어 유료 멤버쉽&티어 있는데도 이런대우.. 암튼 비추합니다. 애 안다쳤기에 다행이예요. 애가 먹을만한 메뉴도 부족해요. 방은 폭이좁고 긴형태고 좀 어둡고 답답한 감이있어요. 하드웨어가 오래된것 같습니다.

การให้บริการของแผนกต้อนรับ การดูแลทำความสะอาดห้องพัก มีความเอาใจใส่ต่อแขกผู้เข้าพักดีเยี่ยม คุ้มค่าคุ้มราคากับเงินที่จ่ายไป การให้บริการนั้นเกินความคาดหวังอย่างมาก มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ขอให้ยึดมาตรฐานในการบริการเช่นนี้ต่อไปค่ะ
