I had a great experience at this hotel. Right from the moment of check-in, the receptionist welcomed me very warmly and supported quickly. The room is clean, tidy, fully equipped and carefully cleaned every day. What impressed me the most was the food service. The menu is diverse from Asian to European dishes, fresh ingredients and delicately prepared. A rich buffet breakfast with many choices, especially cakes and fruits that are always fresh. Restaurant staff are always friendly, ready to serve and pay attention to every little detail. Overall, this is the place I will come back to if I have the opportunity, not only because of the comfortable room but also because of the excellent food service.

Très bel hotel. Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans un appartement 2 chambres. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable et bien aménagé. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et bien fournis. La piscine est bien également. Le seul bémol de notre séjour est le repas du soir au rooftop. La nourriture n est pas mauvaise mais au niveau du service, ca n a pas été a la hauteur (longue attente, la moitié des plats servis et attente pour la suite, erreur dans la commande et plats non complets). Nous avons pu en discuter sur place et trouver facilement un arrangeme. L'hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre mais est du coup beaucoup plus calme.

到着時にスイートルーム（Two Bed room）にアップグレードのサービスを受け、1泊ですがとても満足感のあるステイとなりました。翌朝6時にはチェックアウトのため、朝食をいただくことはできなかったことが残念です。お世話になり、大変ありがとうございました。

아파트먼트에서 가족과 편하게 지내다가 왔습니다. 식당 및 바의 음식은 맛있었고, 직원들도 친절했으며, 즉시 해결해주려고 노력하였습니다. 1층 베트남커피 또한 너무 맛있었습니다. 웰컴드링크를 사용하지 못하고 가는게 아쉽네요 언제다시 하노이에 갈지 모르겠지만, 다시 하노이에 방문한다면 여기에 숙박할 예정입니다.

Le camere sono ampie e dotate di ogni comfort. Ottimi materassi e i cuscini. Sembra di dormire in una nuvola. Colazione molto ricca con ogni possibilità di dolce e salato. Struttura nuova e ben pulita. Staff cordiale. Assolutamente consigliato.
