We have been staying in this hotel for the last 17 days with the intention of extending our stay for another 5-6 days. However, there are some negative aspects of this hotel that we would like to highlight. Firstly, the business center has provided little support as they do not have glue or clear tape available. Secondly, we were charged 5,000 rupiah per page for printing, which is quite expensive, especially since we are long-term guests. Other hotels would usually offer complimentary printing for 5-6 pages for guests staying for a longer period. Thirdly, prayer mats are not provided in the room, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Lastly, even if you stay for a longer period, do not expect a complimentary upgrade as other hotels may offer. This is because you need to book directly with the hotel or take their annual paid membership to be eligible for such perks. Therefore, if you are a longer staying guest visiting for business, we do not recommend this hotel, even though it is located in the city center.

Breakfast is good.. clean room and excellent service. Very neart to ayani mall pontianak and could be reach by walking. Very reccomended for business purpose. Room is not as small as other ibus hotel..

Great service from Ibis Pontianak team who handled our 4 days stay memorable. The service of front desk was exceptional, especially Ms. Verena who has provide us with five stars service for room arrangements. Breakfast has enough varieties, and the menu changed every day. Thing that can be improved is the welcome drink choices.

Nice new hotel located at the heart of pontianak city centre. Great location with great amenities. Great spread of breakfast buffet choice and friendly staff. Highly recommended to book when in pontianak city
