My room was comfort and clean. The service was also OK. The breakfast was good enough with local and international food. The location was in the city central and close to mall and restaurants. I have a nice stay here.

Nice, clean, very comfortable, and great service in this hotel, was polite and nice. Nice to meet Ms. Selin, secound time visit pontianak, really nice. I would be back again and definitely stay in this hotel.

The breakfast was good, and had a variety of choices. Rooms were nice and clean, laundry services were taken care of. Staff was very friendly (Nisya checked in on us and made sure we were well taken care ofd.

It was nice staying here, especially the breakfast was very good and had a lot of choices. The waitress Nisya here was very nice and helped me to choose good menu as I was new to Indonesian cuisine. Bobor padas was something new for me, it's made of rice and very tasty.
