We recently stayed at this hotel in November. The hotel located on the main street and within walking distance to night market and several nearby shops. The breakfast was good. The services were top-notch. The room was clean and unique with nice layout. The hotel is so lovely! We attended the arms giving ceremony twice (at 6am) during our stay. The experience was so amazing. We will definitely stay at this hotel again for our return trip to Luang Prabang in the future.

When staying in MGallery Seoul last May 2024, I found MGallery book in the hotel room and have noticed the interesting 3 Nagas MGallery Luang Prabang. During the recent Christmas break, we have tried to book the Hotel, but only available one night on December27, 2025 unfortunately. Although the room rate is in the high side, we did enjoy our short stay, the prime location, historic charm and serene atmosphere of the Hotel including the unique Alm Giving Ceremony. Cleanliness of the well appointed room and quick response of the Staffs is exceptional, We were touching with the warm and friendly welcome and farewell treats, including by Andrew the Manager. Certainly we will stay in this Hotel again for the next trip to LPB

The Pros: Overall, we enjoyed our 4 night stay at 3 Nagas. The rooms were charming and well-appointed in a prime location. There is a lovely garden overlooking the smaller Nam Khan river which we loved. Staff were very kind - particularly Pookee and Nning (spelling, sorry?) who checked on us regularly. The Cons: Unfortunately, we had a disastrous New Years Eve dinner at their restaurant on our first night. It was the worst meal (and most expensive) we had during our stay in Luang Prabang. If what was served is representative of their regular menu, we are very surprised that the reviews are so positive. We only took our breakfast at the restaurant after that but didn't go back for another meal. A few other downsides given this hotel's high price point. Email communications with their reservations team in advance of our arrival was challenging; Perhaps given the historic nature of the hotel, our room's walls were thin and we could regularly hear our neighbours; One night we didn't have hot water and another day the water was not working for a few hours - no issue as these things happen but an explanation of repairs etc could have been managed with guests better I think; Also, given what I saw at other hotels, the bicycles I think could be better maintained - seats couldn't be adjusted due to rust etc.

The hotel is well located within the buzzling old town centre of Luang Prabang. If you are looking for a tranquil peace like setting ,this hotel won't be for you. But if you are after a cultural experience including the ability to pop out of your room and watch the Alms Giving at 5.30am, then this is an ideal place including being part of the 'quieter' end of town. Aside from that, it was convenient to have the ability to pop in and out of the hotel throughout the day so the noise is compensated by convenience. The staff was all lovely and approachable, breakfast was perfect and the rooms are satisfactory in light of the age and heritage of the building. I'll return again if the rates are right in the future.
