I felt happy stay here. The staff in reception like Tri (Mr) Dendi, Retno, and Yola are so fantastic they always smile. The room was so clean and smells good, the breakfast at the restaurant was good. I recommend this hotel for your stay, cause I always wanna back to stay again!!
Smokey Smells inside the room

I choose this hotel as my business trip, considering its convenience location and the good deal from the super sale period, as i am a member of Aplus. Check in was a brief and fast, good internet connection , but it was all tainted with the smokey smell which was quite unusual, since i stayed in a non-smoking floor in the 10th floor. Although it was a very light small, i could feel that the air surrounding, was different compare the one in the lobby. Internet speed was normal to average, room equipment was standard PAR ibis Hotel. Lobby reach out for pick up and drop off, was quite not favorable, since we need to go through grand mercure Yogya lobby first, and at the back of the grand mercure, towards exit, we need to go through narrow basement, which i found rather not convinience. Overall was great experience.

Compared to my last visit at ibis a month prior, there are some improvement made, which I felt like management heard my comments well and act properly.Effective check in, location of room provided as per request, complete amenities!, cheese on breakfast, and rapid check out are some of them.One thing, why you made small moonpia instead of regular size? :)Thank you to Ms.Atika for being knowledgeable and friendly. I can say she is good asset of the company. Would also like to convey my appreciation to Mr.Nuari and Ms.Sita for good service.Keep the good workTerima kasih.

I was very happy upon arrival as the front desk receptionist MEIDA was very friendly. They are very thoughtful whenever they know our schedule and always trying to make us feel comfortable. I can only say if you don't come and stay here you will regret.

We reach hotel at 9 am. The staff welcoming us with standard procedure, nothing special and i felt they lost Indonesian hospitality more over we were in Jogja the most polite region in Indonesia. Our room was not ready yet. Understanable. We decide to go around and took all baggages at the hotel. We back in the afternoon. Receptionist told us that room ready and our baggages was put on our room. Hmm.. what a nice serviced. Than i ask for THE ROOM KEYS ( we tooked 2 rooms ), and the keys was not ready yet. I was surprised how could it be??? And we wait for a quiet momen to wait they set our keys. Done finally. We went to first room we founf a nice room. Clean m chick. 👌👌👌. Then we go to another room. O..la..la...😲😲😲 the room was belong somebody else. There was full of baggages that was not belong to us. In a hurry we went to receptionist and told her. Than she ask an appologize but didn't look to regret about this matter and change our key to another room. A day passing by no one from hotel came to clarify about that problem. Finally in tha last day when we had breakfast one off f&b staff greeting us with mention my named. Morning Mr. Muhammad he said. And i decided to talked with him about out unpleasant experienced. He ask an appologized for that uninconvinience n promised to follow up the problem. Than we back to our rooms prepared to check out. When we got in to recepsionist The Assisstant Manager waited for us and ask me to talked for a minute.With depth regretness she ask anappologized for uninconvinience experiences and if anything she could do to make me feel better. I said with the way you talked i thought you already won our heart.
