The rooms are recently renovated and nice. However the hotel claims to be 4 stars, but lacks simple things like glasses for water in the room. Also no shampoo and conditioner - this is different to other Ibis hotels. No kettle. We got upgraded room and windows didn’t seem to close properly there

Special thanks for Ms Barbara Torremocha for going out of her way to make sure my jacket that I left behind at the hotel would be sent to me at our Mercure hotel In San Sebastián the day after and made sure it did. Thank you so much 🙏🙏
