Décevant pour un Mercure, un lobby trop petit et envahi par les bagages des touristes en Tour operator, très bruyant, une chambre minuscule avec un ménage très aléatoire, un petit déjeuner en buffet dégarni avant la fermeture, un personnel peu accueillant sauf le doorman ! Seul plus, la piscine magnifique et encore il a fallu la trouver car il y en a 2 ! Un peu surprenant de partager l’immeuble avec le Novotel alors que ce n’est pas la même gamme !

Sehr schöne und angenehme Unterkunft. Trotz Anreise am frühen Morgen haben die sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Ashokan und Rean uns an der Hotelrezeption schon ein Zimmer zugeteilt, sodass wir uns nach dem langen Flug ausschlafen konnten👌🏼 Die gesamte Anlage wird - wie in Singapur so oft - penibel sauber gehalten. Das Gym ist für die größe des Hotels sehr gut ausgestattet!

Odamda konaklarken,çantama toz kahve döküldüğünü gördüm.O esnada bulunduğum katta (636 oda numaram) bir görevli hanımefendinin odaları temizlediğini gördüm.Çanta mı alarak temizlik arabasının içinde bulunan çöp poşetine kahveyi dökmeye çalıştım.Aslında yardım etmek için Hanımefendi kendi yapmak istedi ama ben istemedim.Ancak ben bütün kahveyi koridorda bulunan halıya döktüm.Hanımefendi yüzü hiç asılmadı,hemen gülümseyerek ,hiç problem olmadığını ,hemen halledebileceğini belirtti. Odama geçtim ve çantamın içini temizlemeye çalışırken bu kez de yatak çarşaflarını kirlettim(Asla sakar biri olmadım böyle).yatak çarşaflarını çıkartırken telefon masasının üzerinde yüzlerce minik karınca gördüm.Gerçekten benim için tehlikeli bir durum çünkü 8 gün sonra evime döneceğim.Hemen durumu aynı hanımefendiye bildirirdim.Kendisi ,supervisor ile gelerek karıncaları gösterdi ve odamı mükemmel temizledi.Sprey sıkıldı ve şu an huzurla odamda oturuyorum. Bu güleryüzlü,profesyonel,hayat dolu,yüzü hiç bir zaman asılmayan,düşmeyen altın Kalpli hanımefendinin ismi CAI TING. Keşke herkes işinde bu kadar profesyonel olsa,keşke herkes hayatında bu kadar Güleryüzlü ve pozitif olsa. Teşekkür ederim Bayan CAI TING

Au nom de l’écologie, le ménage des chambres est fait un jour sur deux. Il y a longtemps que tout le monde comprend parfaitement que changer les serviettes de toilettes tous les jours n’est pas nécessaire. Par contre, ne plus tirer les draps et vider la poubelle de salle de bain pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, par respect pour la planète est peu ententable. J’ignorais que faire un lit met en danger le bilan carbone… Résultat, on trouve dans le couloir les poubelles de certains clients souhaitant qu’elles soient vidées. Bien sûr, l’on peut toujours appeler la réception pour que cela soit fait mais encore une fois, nous ne sommes pas dans un hôtel ibis en termes de tarifs. Nous voyageons beaucoup, si cela devient une règle la différence de services avec un appart hôtel s’amenuise.

Остановились в этом отеле на 3 ночи после круиза. Отель расположен в тихом районе. До метро пешком минут 10, также по расписанию ходит бесплатный трансфер до 2-х станций метро и обратно. Очень признательны сотрудникам на ресепшен, что нашли готовый номер и заселили нас в 9 утра, не дожидаясь 14:00. Сам номер не большой, но мы легко разместились с двумя чемоданами. Очень понравились большие для Сингапура бассейны, после дневных прогулок, было приятно там отдохнуть с баночкой пива и чипсами. Единственный минус, в декабре в Сингапуре дождливо, а в отеле нет зонтов, якобы все разобраны постояльцами. Пришлось покупать зонты в соседнем продуктовом магазинчике 7Eleven, благо он находится в здании отеля, т.к. шел жуткий ливень и нам не пришлось куда-то бежать.
