Chambre grande par rapport au Mercure .Quand on reste au moins 5 jours il est préférable d'avoir un peu d'espace, ne serait-ce que pour les valises, et une armoire pour ranger du linge.Hotel excentré par rapport à Orchard road, mais la navette est bien pratique.Piscine très agréable mais on ne peut y boire, ne serait-ce qu'un café, car le règlement semble l'interdire,même en allant le chercher soit même.Bizarre !!! Au Pullman (aussi du groupe Accor ) ou nous sommes passés, ce n'était pas le cas.Aucun interlocuteur parlant français,malgré ce qui est stipulé.Merci quand même, très bon accueil.

很舒适，主要是干净，比前几天住的富丽华好不少。感谢前台的sean帮我升级房间，还送我大堂两杯饮料，成功挽留住了我在大堂多消费了一顿lunch，哈哈。另外因为我海外手机一直拿不到确认码，没法download grab，感谢sean帮助我成功叫到了车。

Bel hôtel et bien situé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très agréables. La literie est parfaite. Propreté irréprochable. Bonne insonorisation. Personnel accueillant. Le seul problème est le montant de la caution réclamé lors de l'enregistrement et qui n'est remboursé qu'au bout d'un mois ! L'arrêt du bus à proximité de l'hôtel est aussi très pratique.

As for the reversal of your holding deposit, recently we have seen a trend that the reversal usually takes about 45 days for the amount on hold to be released. Issuing banks establish rules for how long an amount can be held. But while payment networks set limits, on our end, our setting is that pre-authorization is released upon guest check-out. Hotel e serviços excelentes. Atendente Jéssica muito atenciosa e prestativa. Café da manhã variado e com amplo horário é bonita vista. Piscinas e academia excelentes. Tudo muito prático, para negócios recomendo, com várias salas e todo o suporte necessário. Fora do circuito turístico.
