Great location, 5 minutes walk from the station and 10 minutes from the Arena - we were going to a concert. Friendly, helpful staff. Room clean and tidy albeit a little dated. Breakfast was fine, good selection and plentiful. Only minor moan, as with other hotels, some guests inability to close a door quietly !

I tried contacting the Hotel via the Hotels.com app and also via email when they emailed regarding check-in to advise them of our late arrival/flight and to ask for clear walking directions to the Hotel from the airport. There's wasn't any reply or acknowledgement and upon arrival, despite my efforts, the night duty staff had not been informed and seemed surprised to see us at such a late hour. The room itself was clean, but dated, with signs of age related damage, particularly to the bathroom and shower floor (see pics). Also, for a location near an airport, the outside noise bleed into the room was quite high, which I suppose is also age related. It served the purpose and I've definitely stopped in worse.

The room was clean & comfortable. Staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy. The location was perfect, 5 min walk from NEC and very close to the airport. Good breakfast variety. Overall, a fantastic experience—I’d definitely stay here again!

Decent budget hotel - I was there for a conference at the NCC and it took about 5 mins to drive over. Room was dated but comfortable - had both an over the bed desk and a normal desk/dressing table. Bed was great and there was quick WiFi. Large wine in the bar was about £7.50 which is cheap for a hotel! Breakfast was really tasty and the staff were great. Wasn’t expecting the £15 a night car park charge but, as it was for work, I could claim that back.

Great hotel with good facilities. Location to the airport was ideal with great parking, lots of spaces. Room was just what i was after, comfortable so i could get my head down ready for my early flight. Would definitely return and use the hotel again
