Unexpected stay. Preboard stay before our cruise. Walked to the hotel from the airport. Just stay on level three of the parking garage and follow the signs to hotel/conference center. Check in was a breeze. Ordered the shuttle next day. About $8 US or $15 AU. Also ordered breakfast as it was $22 ahead instead of walk in for $28 AU. Great room and I especially liked the showers and water pressure. The towels were also very nice. Restaurant on site, Cribb Island, was good. Nice selection of beer. Bottles and draft options. Food was good as well. We had the burger and fish and chips. We will book again on our return trip after the cruise.

Don’t arrive after 9pm

Flew in from Bali around 9:30pm, when we arrived at the hotel, everything was closed & no options for room service, no drinks in the fridge & uber eats not available, you’d think coming to a city (or especially coming from somewhere like Bali) you’d be able to get something to eat or at least a cold bottle of water, it really is a joke. I understand it’s just a bed for the night, but it’s definitely not worth $300 a night for just a bed! It would be cheaper to get an Uber to the city & back with food & a backpackers. So expensive for what??

Can’t go wrong staying here

Ibis Brisbane is a 10 min walk from the Airport terminal. It has it own shuttle to the international terminal but you pay for it. If you go back to the domestic terminal there is a free shuttle service. It’s only a few minutes drives. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was super clean, with huge shower and huge bath towels. The liquid soap smelled so good. Crisp linen, mattress was too firm but that’s a personal choice. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating, it was as well sparkling clean. Staff were very friendly and lunch and dinner serves were huge. Pizza was delicious. They also sell cakes, sandwiches and pies for the not so hungry ones. I definitely would stay there again.

We have stayed here a few times now and have always given great feedback. As always the staff were great and check in and the room was ready when we arrived. Breakfast was great and all the food was fresh . What has let them down this time is we extend our check out time till 2.00pm and paid for this as we had a late flight we paid for over night parking but were not told that we would be charged another $20.00 for 1 hour parking due to it being more than 24 hours after check in .. if they had told us this we would not have checked out at two we would have paid till one and saved our self the extra parking fee. Very disappointed.

From our first check in with Lisa to the wonderful restaurant staff to our second check in with Jenny the staff at the Ibis were wonderfull. We had checked out for a 6am flight to find the flight was cancelled, we called and said can we please come back and was told yes absolutely. We had a few more hours sleep and a shower before heading back to the airport for a lunch flight. The staff have a fantastic vibe which tells me they like working there and I love seeing that- it means the Ibis are looking after their team. Thank you for making a stressful morning easy.
