We were locked out of our Airbnb. It had been a very stressful night as we had arrived late in Brisbane from Perth. We unfortunately had put all our luggage in the Airbnb and decided to get something to eat it was 1030pm. The door was dodgy we reluctantly locked it and on our return it was really buggered! After 2 hrs trying to enter, dealing with airbnb support we knew we were not getting back in. Every hotel in the city was booked out due to a major event. We rang the Novotel and fell in their door exhausted at 2am. I had 2 children, no luggage and one child feeling unwell. Jim who was on the desk that night was outstanding! He was kind and thoughtful. He came to our room with a complementary toothbrush and a pillow chocolate. A small kindness that meant so much. Kudos to Novotel airport brisbane. The room was more than comfortable and spotless. But the care by staff really stood out. Thank you Jim.

Anthony was very friendly and helpful all of the service stuff also. the rooms were clean and the breakfast had a lot of options and was very delicious

What a great place to stay so close to the airport. We had an early morning so the buffet breakfast was a perfect option. Clean and fresh amenities. Being so close to DFO is an added bonus.

The location and convenience of the Novotel Brisbane Airport was a real positive. The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant had great atmosphere and lovely food. The room was large and quiet, you wouldn't know you were right next to the airport. A very positive experience!
