Notre vol arrivait à 6H50 AM, nous avions demandé une réservation dès notre arrivée qui est bien autorisée sur le site Accor pour les membres, il y a déjà plus de 4 mois, mai 2 jours avons notre départ cette option fut refusée. Lors de notre arrivée vers 7H30AM nous sommes tombé à la réception sur un monsieur très désagréable qui passait son temps à taper sur son portable, ans sur 1 jeu électronique, il présentait des tIcs et se secouait continuellement. Jamais l’accueil fut aussi désagréable dans un hôtel Accor. Finalement , après avoir rouspéter plusieurs fois, il nous adonné accès à notre chambre vers +/- 10H45. Désolé mais cela ne devrait pas arriver

Great stay. The shuttle was very useful to go to Orchard Road or the metro station. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
