Impossible de régler la température de la chambre, soit glacial, soit clim coupée. Service de l'étage premium absolument minable, trois canettes qui se battent en duel, une véritable escroquerie, autre escroquerie, contrairement au descriptif sur l'appli ALL, pas de navette pour l'aéroport... Enfin, personne ne parle français... Juste de l'anglais asiatique !

Chambre: - Au premier abord, la chambre semblait propre et faite. Néanmoins, une fois installé, j'ai remarqué une énorme tache sur le tapis à coté du lit. De manière générale, en faisant attention aux détails, la chambre présentait de nombreux dommages sur les murs, ou les meubles. Cequi n'est pas acceptable pour une chambre Novotel Luxury. - Par ailleurs, j'ai remarqué le premier soir de petites mouches. J'ai pensé que cela était limité. En définitive, ce sont près d'une vingtaine que j'ai trouvé. Après un passage à la réception le second jour, le tapis a été à peut près nettoyé (pas parfaitement), et une bonne partie des mouches avaient disparu. Le soir du second jour, j'ai encore trouvé des mouches que j'ai signalé le lendemain à la réception. Ce n'est finalement que le soir du 3ième jour que les insectes ont disparu... Restaurant: J'y suis allé pour le petit déjeuner. Les viensoiseries, restent moyennes et manquent de fraicheur, de croutillant et de moelleux. Si on arriven après 8h, il y a certains plats qui restent vides et qui ne sont pas approvisionnés. Gym: J'ai pour habitude de courir sur les tapis de course. Le premier soir, j'ai trouvé de la place. Ensuite impossible les jours suivants. J'ai donc du allé courir dehors les autres jours. 3 machines n'est pas suffisant. En conclusion, je ne suis pas sur de revenir dans cet hotel ultérieurement, ou d'un Novotel de manière générale Cordialement Cyrille C.
