My second stay at the property. And we're loving it. Shoutout to Mia who was kind enough to allow us checked in at 7.30AM. This was greatly appreciated as we were tired and were short of sleep. We had a solid 4-5 hours sleep before we explored Sydney after. This really boded well for the remainder of our trip. The room had modern furnishing and had contemporary feel to it. Room size was adequate, bathroom space was ample. I have to say the bed, pillows and the linen was heavenly, especially after a long draining red eye flight. What I liked most about the room was that it was really quiet, I could not hear a thing from my neighbour or from the alley. The quality of the door and the glass window was excellent I have to say. Although the distance from Mascot station to the hotel was a little bit far, the area felt safe, well-lit and the pathway was pretty good. We did not eat at the property as we left early the following day. I would not hesitate to come here again the next time I come to Sydney. Great job guys!

We couldn’t believe how good this was as an airport hotel. Especially good staff. Easy to get to the terminals and the city. The staff in the restaurant go out of their way to be welcoming. Rooms are quite modern with frosted glass separating the decent sized shower area from the bedroom.

My partner & I stayed 2 nights in an Executive Suite room from 6 to 8 July 2024. Room was spacious, on 11th floor with great 180° views from airport to city and sea. Exec lounge benefits (drinks 5 to 6.30pm nightly) in a sectioned off area from Mobius restaurant ground floor. Food offerings limited but staff were happy to provide something different. Jen who runs the Exec lounge was wonderful while Ryan behind the bar was dynamite!

This hotel is billed as five star. The only five star at the airport. No doorman to help with luggage. Gentleman at desk was polite but dismissive. Paid for Executive Club and told it was already closed - only about 7:30 pm. A long day of travel, asked the man at the desk about dinner and he said the restaurant was “very busy.” Went to our room and it was baking at 26 degrees C. Could not get the thermostat to turn the temperature down. Tried several times and called guest services twice. They finally sent someone who claimed to reset it and give it fifteen minutes. Never reset - went up to 26.5! So exhausted couldn’t bear moving at this point and ordered room service. Delivered our chicken wraps at room temperature and with one napkin only. Sweated all night long. Absolutely miserable experience. Two star for five star prices.

We have a concierge team that may have been helping other guests upon your arrival which I am sorry were unable to assist at your arrival time. Sadly for my wife and I this was a rare occasion when a Pullman Hotel let us down so badly. We normally fly out of Brisbane and stay at the Brisbane Airport Pulland On this occasion we flew out of Sydney and stayed at the Sydney airport Pullman. I really don't know who rates these hotels but the Sydney Airport Pullman is not a five star hotel - far from it in fact. On arrival there was no one to assist with our luggage. The entrance is ridiculously dark and uninviting. Check in was straight forward and it was nice to be recognized as an Accor member. No assistance was offered or given to take our bags to our room. Its a nice room but the bed was not what I would call comfy. The pillows are a joke. Our room came with club access to the lounge. Since when was it considered appropriate to put a lounge right opposite the working kitchen. The area has one long table with bar chairs and only two separate tables with dining room chairs for a total of four people. The bar chairs are neither comfortable or conducive to a relaxing atmosphere. I do not need to hear the chef calling out service every 30 seconds or need smell of the commercial kitchen when trying to have a conversation. I am sure you are also aware that your rooms are not soundproof and it took a while to go to sleep listening to the take off and landing of aircraft. Five star - not by a long shot, !!!!!
