We had a lovely 10-day stay at the Sebel Docklands. The rooms were clean, comfy, well-serviced and had a great kitchen. The 25m lap pool and gym in the building allowed us to work out daily. Julia at the front desk was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful. We will be coming back!

Unexpected….. I highly recommended the Sebel to my friend, who I was sharing an apartment with this time, after I had a great stay there previously. We booked an apartment 12 months in advance. My friend flew in first, and I arrived the day after. Here is the unexpected part…our apartment was not in the Sebel docklands building. Apparently the Sebel had recently acquired two apartments in the building nearby. While this apartment building was only built in 2021, it had an industrial theme, no air conditioning at all in bedrooms (I did see a pedestal fan and fan heater in the wardrobe if that counts!), a couch which had small tears in it, and some red stains on coffee table! As it was absolutely pouring with rain, it made getting coffee and breakfast from the cafe at the Sebel a bit unpleasant. It felt like we were staying in a private rented apartment. Not the Sebel.

Me and my partner had attended this hotel & was so surprised of how clean & nice the staff were felt like home I would go back in a heartbeat !

Poor room and reception service

I stayed here for a business trip, and the experience was very disappointing. My room had no air conditioning, and when I asked to switch rooms, the reception refused because the booking was made by my company. The staff at the front desk were unhelpful and unfriendly, showing no concern for guest comfort. I expected better service, especially on a business trip. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We booked the furnished apartment of three bedrooms and it was amazing. The view was great on the marina and the apartment has everything you need. Great for families with toddlers. The only thing missing was elevator from the car park, you can take only stairs to the building from the parking bay
