The room was very comfortable and light with a large window. Wifi worked well and the included buffet breakfast was excellent. Immediate hot water in the shower and basin, and pleasant reception staff.

It is by far the best & nicest hotel to stay if you are in Wroclaw. The hotel is well maintain, clean, comfortable & the rooms are simply stunning for an Accor regular hotel range. The Hotel is also extremely convenient as it is located just across the main train station, and it is easily accessible to certain attractions with the nearby bus stops & ticket vending machine. The staffs are quite friendly depending on who you encounter if you need to make some inquiries........but don't worry, they will still try to assist you. If not, just wait for the next shift staff to get in.....you will surely get help.

Location is good, short walk from Central station and in a walking distance from old town. Nice and helpful staffs. Room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with variety selection. Value for money

We were the first time in Wroclaw and had a family room in the IBIS Styles Wroclaw Centrum with one double-bed and one extra bed. The room was very nice, clean and had a nice bathroom. The double bed was convenient, only the extra bed for the kids was not as convenient as the normal bed. The hotel is in a quied place from which it was easy to reach the city center (we walked 20 min). The breakfast was at the usual Ibis Styles quality, which is fine for us. For this hotel the price was more than fair, so we will definitively return the next time.

The hotel has a good position, in front of the railway station and near the center of the city. The staff has demostrated profesionality in offer us informations . The breakfast was plenty and satisfy all tastes .

We stayed in the spacious corner room with floor-to ceiling windows and enjoyed it very much. The furniture and finishing is new nad modern. The breakfast was good but the seating area is definitely small for all the eaters at 9am. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. Hotel is located close to the train station and a bit distant from the old town - in 10-15minutes walking distance.

Over all a good average Ibis hotel. Staff where good. Only down side was the shower could do with a referb. Location is good very close to a new big shopping centre with bus station underneath and the train station is across the road

1. I made a phone call on 13.12 to make sure that my reservation is ok because I will arrive at 1:30 AM . The woman that spoke to me say all ok and I just need to come with my passport .when I arrived the guy at the reception told me that my reservation is cancelled because I did not pay guarantee , and he don't have to give me rooms .It was very confusing because I was told before there is no problem. if I was told before to pay - I I was doing it on the spot. 2. I received lower level of rooms for higher price 3. my rooms were not cleaned on15.12 4. the hotel want to charge me additional 240 PLN for no reason at the checkout. I paid completely the bill on arrival 4. the manager at the checkout behave very badly to me after I explained to him all the problems I have in the hotel. I was insulted badly 5.i received a emaik from the hotel and I have only partial compensation for the extra payment I had to pay and for the bad behavior of the manager at the checkout 6. Tis is a good hotel just the workers are not professional and the management have poor behaviour

Nice hotel. Rooms clean & comfortable. Make own tea & coffee anytime downstairs. Breakfast fine. Biggest problem with accor is booking rooms on the website for a family. It could be made more simple and book it for say 2 adults, 2 children etc

Everything was excellent: location, easiness of access, rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, modest price (a perfect value for money!)... Go to Wroclav - one of the most beautiful cities - and stay in Ibis Styles: Enjoy both of them!

We stayed in this hotel during our trip back from south of Poland and before going to the airport. This hotel is placed vis-a-vis Wroclaw Main Rail station, and just a few minutes walking distance from the Old Town. The hotel itself is situated in a modern building, making it a very attractive place to stay. Even though it is an Ibis Styles brand, we have been feeling like in a higher class hotel: the bar, restaurant, hotel interior and room decor was making it a very pleasant stay for us. We have had a nice panoramic window in our room, with a nice view to the railway station. We were especially surprised by a big variety of dishes offered for a breakfast - that was a real nice touch. Additionally, their bar offers a selection of regional Czech beers, which are difficult to be found elsewhere! We also did use a hotel parking (paid extra), well situated (underground) and connected with the rest of the building/hotel. Overall it is a great hotel in the centre, offering a great quality/price ratio.

Clean and modern. The room is quite big. The buffet breakfast was good. Close to the center, about 10 minutes walk. Train station across the road. Bust stops also across the road. Getting to the airport was easy, by bus from across the road.

This IBIS HOTEL better then other Mercure and Novotel Hotels in Poland and other countries. Thanks a lot for this hotel. We were very happy to stay there. Surely we want to stay again. Also we like a lot this city.

I stayed here for 3 days in February and I can easily say it is one of the best hotel stays I have had. From the moment I arrived all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The receptionist went out of her way to tell me about some places to go and photograph (my purpose for being there), the room was lovely with a great view over the train station. The bed was so comfortable and the shower nice and powerful. There was even a little box of chocolates in the room. The buffet breakfast (included) was great, with lots of variety. When I left my departure time was before the breakfast was open so they made me a breakfast package (sandwich, yoghurt, fruit, drink, cereal bar) - very thoughtful. This was the first time I had stayed at an Ibis hotel and I have to say I was really impressed, for me everything was perfect and I will definitely stay there again when I return to Wroclaw which is a beautiful city.
