房间的餐巾纸都用完了都一直不补充，酒店的床太软了，不舒服

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and for your loyalty as an ALL Gold member. I am very sorry to read that your stay did not meet expectations. The lack of replenishment of basic amenities such as tissues is not acceptable, and I apologise for this oversight. Your comments regarding the bed comfort and the condition of the facilities are also noted — we understand how important comfort is, particularly for a couple’s stay. I am especially concerned to read that you felt overcharged at check-out. This is certainly not the experience we want any guest to have. Please rest assured we will review this internally to ensure billing accuracy and clearer communication. Your feedback regarding service detail, WiFi speed, and member recognition is appreciated. As a Gold member, you should feel valued, including welcome amenities and appropriate recognition, and I apologise if this fell short. Thank you again for your honest feedback. I am very sorry to hear that your experience at Mercure Perth was so disappointing, particularly in regard to cleanliness, service, and your overall comfort. This is far below the standard we aim to provide for any guest, and I sincerely apologise.
