I am very sorry to hear that your experience at Mercure Perth was so disappointing, particularly in regard to cleanliness, service, and your overall comfort. This is far below the standard we aim to provide for any guest, and I sincerely apologise. Your comments are extremely important, and I have already shared them with our Housekeeping and Front Office leaders for immediate investigation and corrective action. Cleanliness and service quality are fundamental expectations, and I regret that we did not meet them during your stay. 位置非常好,居住非常满意,床品也非常好,服务人员也态度非常友善,如果有机会,有时间,可以多住几天在贵酒店。唯一不足就是酒店比较旧可能电梯的维护加强些

第一天电话通知前台不需要客房打扫、收拾、叠被子,没用。第二天直接到前台当面说不需要,没用。最后只能自己写小纸条放在被子上告诉不用收拾客房。最后一天退房半小时后,想起来口罩晾在卫生间门后的挂钩上忘记拿,打电话告诉前台服务员,给我放在前台,一会儿回去拿。果然前台跟之前一样,依旧是不作为,就说没有,而且强调是我记错了没放在那儿,如果有东西,一定不会丢。那就是我说谎了呗,要骗她们一个口罩,真过分。服务差极了,零分!

酒店设施陈旧,前台服务人员态度冷淡。对于住客的要求没有响应,客房里床上用品体验感较好。
