房间的餐巾纸都用完了都一直不补充，酒店的床太软了，不舒服

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and for your loyalty as an ALL Gold member. I am very sorry to read that your stay did not meet expectations. The lack of replenishment of basic amenities such as tissues is not acceptable, and I apologise for this oversight. Your comments regarding the bed comfort and the condition of the facilities are also noted — we understand how important comfort is, particularly for a couple’s stay. I am especially concerned to read that you felt overcharged at check-out. This is certainly not the experience we want any guest to have. Please rest assured we will review this internally to ensure billing accuracy and clearer communication. Your feedback regarding service detail, WiFi speed, and member recognition is appreciated. As a Gold member, you should feel valued, including welcome amenities and appropriate recognition, and I apologise if this fell short. Thank you again for your honest feedback. I am very sorry to hear that your experience at Mercure Perth was so disappointing, particularly in regard to cleanliness, service, and your overall comfort. This is far below the standard we aim to provide for any guest, and I sincerely apologise. 位置非常好，居住非常满意，床品也非常好，服务人员也态度非常友善，如果有机会，有时间，可以多住几天在贵酒店。唯一不足就是酒店比较旧可能电梯的维护加强些

第一天电话通知前台不需要客房打扫、收拾、叠被子，没用。第二天直接到前台当面说不需要，没用。最后只能自己写小纸条放在被子上告诉不用收拾客房。最后一天退房半小时后，想起来口罩晾在卫生间门后的挂钩上忘记拿，打电话告诉前台服务员，给我放在前台，一会儿回去拿。果然前台跟之前一样，依旧是不作为，就说没有，而且强调是我记错了没放在那儿，如果有东西，一定不会丢。那就是我说谎了呗，要骗她们一个口罩，真过分。服务差极了，零分！
