I had a really good time here! I have been looking for a good and comfortable hotel within a reasonable price range for work and I have stayed in many hotels in Perth but the adnate seems to be the best so far. Perfect location, near to cafes and restaurants. Bed was very comfortable, so were the pillows. The toiletries were nice and even the gym was quite pleasant! Happy to return

Travelling from the UK, we stayed as part of our honeymoon trip. The hotel is in a great location, with brilliant views, and friendly staff. The rooms are immaculate and the hotel has great facilities (pool, bar etc). We had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend this hotel.

The Adnate is an Accor brand that sits somewhere above the Ibis, though the difference is fairly minimal. Check in was very slow and fiddly, and not ideal after a long flight. Rooms are large and fairly well put together. Same fridge and similar bits and pieces to the standard IBIS brand. TV controller was out of batteries. Wifi was fast and free. I was deeply unimpressed to arrive back at the hotel on two nights of my four night stay to find that my room had not been made up. To be fair, when I raised this with reception on the way out for dinner, it was quickly rectified on each occasion. Location is fine - short walk to restaurants and a slightly longer walk to supermarkets. Overall, a decent stay with a couple of serious misses.

The Adnate was a late substitution for us as our originally booked hotel closed rather unexpectedly for a refit As it turned out, Adnate was the perfect place to stay, good central location close to bus routes etc. Great in-house facilities, restaurant and pool etc. Reception service excellent, room superb Would highly recommend the Adnate

Good inner city hotel

Well located hotel, parking is awkward though (you park in a Wilsons Car Park but have to enter via another street) and when you have a lot of luggage its difficult to do more than one trip to the hotel. Checkin was fast. Room was large with a comfortable bed and pillow. Nice toiletries (and no single use plastic which is great to see). Good shower pressure. Check out was fast too.
