Stayed here for a night to attend a Christmas function. Check in was very efficient and the staff were lovely. Room very clean and modern. This is only my opinion....for a four star hotel they do not provide any water, and there were no tissues in the room. Now I get the whole environmental thing, but these items are basic essentials. I would also recommend bringing your own pillow, they were gigantic 🤣. Look don't get me wrong, there were aspects I liked about the hotel, but for a same price comparison I would stay at the Novotel down the road.

This is a lovely hotel and great friendly helpful staff, we had been before and they remembered us, comfy beds/pillows very clean, very nice toiletries, room beautifully cleaned. Thanks for remembering our anniversary, much appreciated 👏 💐

Lovely modern hotel in a fabulous location. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff were lovely. Close to the city centre for shopping and lots of great eateries and bars within a short stroll. Parking available at the rear of the hotel for a reduced rate for guests. Would recommend and return again

Hotel is fine. Ideally situated on Hay street for food and free CAT buses. Bed was comfy but we did get some noise from an event nearby (or maybe in the hotel), which leads me onto the question… how do hotels allocate rooms and why disregard customer’s requests? We booked the hotel 11 months ago and immediately asked for a room on a high floor. The hotel promptly responded to say they couldn’t guarantee any requests. Fair enough, but we were allocated a room on the 3rd of 23 floors. The first floor was the restaurant, so they didn’t really try very hard to fulfil our wishes. It felt like a slap in the face. Cannot fault much else other than the fact that they left room service food waste outside people’s doors for hours, the room cleaning was really late in the afternoon and the coffee machine leaked constantly (and when supposedly replaced). If you get a high floor room, then this hotel will be satisfactory for a short stay.
