am extremely disappointed with my recent stay and the condition of Room 501 that was allocated to me. The room was clearly not fit for guest occupancy. It had a broken bed bench, broken balcony chairs, a damaged lounge chair, torn wallpaper in multiple places, and a shower area that flooded every time it was used. Despite these serious maintenance issues, I was made to stay in this room for two days and was charged in full, even after I clearly informed the hotel team that I was not willing to pay for a room in such poor condition. As a Platinum member, I expected a significantly higher standard of service and room quality. Instead, I felt completely ignored and taken for granted. Frankly, no responsible hotel manager should have allocated such a room to any guest. This experience gives the impression that both the hotel management and the Accor Group are more focused on revenue than customer satisfaction. What is most disappointing is not just the room condition, but the lack of ownership and resolution despite my repeated concerns. This has been one of the worst experiences I have had with Accor, and it seriously makes me question the value of my loyalty and Platinum membership. If further evidence is required, I request your team to obtain and review the photographs of Room 501, which clearly demonstrate the condition in which it was provided to me. I expect a formal response, an explanation as to how such a room was allocated, and appropriate compensation for this unacceptable experience. And breakfast was Terrible

Overall good and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very good. Worst checkin experience. Front desk person was little rude. No one escorted us to room. Bag reached room 30 mins after.
