1. Check -n time was too long. Even after emails, and specially mentioning that we are traveling with a toddler. Even asked for a single room to be given to take the child to the room. Still only after following up with some other staff did we get the rooms. 2. Lunch buffet was useless. Items were not stocked, bad/hard roties, and extremely slow service 3. Received some call about mini bar items post checkout. Usually hotels check it while collecting luggage. I had told what I had consumed by myself and had paid for it. But they called after leaving saying we took some more items from minibar. Make sure to take before and after pictures of minibar if you stay here.

Very friendly and helpful staff let down by the fabric of the hotel. Carpets throughout are marked and stained. Rooms in dire need of upgrading. While they may be clean, they are not welcoming with fabric and furniture needing replaced and refurbished. Corridors are consistently littered with room service trays placed outside by guests which often accumulate across the course of the day. Breakfast, while served by friendly staff, is also pretty disappointing with little thought given to presentation. Overall feels very much like a hotel waiting for its turn to be renovated.
