The reception person was not able accommodate a simple request of reducing occupancy for the second day from 2 to 1. He denied that software does not permit... There is only vallate parking and it is clearly written that management is NOT responsible for any damage or things kept inside the car. So car was never safe but had no choice to carry everything to hotel room and back. I guess the rating is rigged up and this does not quality 5 star rating.

Room was hygenic, in room dining was very slow, breakfast is rated at zero as hair was found in chutney and other dishes which we don’t expect in a hotel like grand mercure. We dint have breakfast even though it was included in the package. Recommend utmost hygiene in restaurant.

The lobby and front desk ppl were nice. The rooms were terrible. They had a bad smell and black mold in the shower
