Got sick after dinner buffet, door left open after cleaning, dirty bathroom floor mat not changed after first night, etc. Staff was nice snd helpful but the issues remain not satisfying for a 5-star hotel.

The room was not ready despite my asking the person who checked us in, Soutvik . The room did not have any towels. We got the same very late after asking many times. Then they did not give any handtowels. (5 star experience) got delay in getting extra mattress for the 3rd. occupant. High tea was nothing to talk about. Breakfast was decent.

Hand towels & face towels were not placed in the rooms Asked & paid for 2 extra beds, several reminders were given to the staff to get it placed when we were out & finally on return to the room the same was not placed. Again had to call & finally one was placed Coffee shop was quite congested
