I booked a room here and needed to change my itinerary a couple of hours later. Even though I had booked with a “no cancellation” policy, they were incredibly helpful, and allowed me to cancel the room. Thank you for making our trip seamless and completely worry-free!

Have stayed in an Adagio before and like the kitchenette facilities in the room. The room was clean and small attentions to detail were noted (the way the kettle cord was tidily coiled, fridge off until it was needed etc). Excellent location on The Royal Mile - everything in walking distance Great greeting on arrival after midnight - the man on reception was very welcoming

Really enjoyed our stay. It’s towards the end of the Royal Mile so walking into the action is uphill but very manageable. We had breakfast included and it was a nice spread with some hot items as well as toast and pastries. They let us check in early which was a major bonus. There’s a pub across the street which was nice for a late afternoon drink. I’d stay here again

位置好，但是房间内装修质量一般，床品质量差，付了三人费用沙发床还得自己铺；比国内的全季酒店还差

As the Aparthotel is self-service in nature we do not set up sofa beds in advance, as it also allows guest to use the sofa prior to going to sleep. Should you ever encounter any issues in regards to quality of linen/bedding, please do not hesitate to contact our staff 24/7. We aim for all of our guests to feel comfortable and will do our best to assist in adding value to our guest stay when possible. I do hope we can welcome you back in the future. The hotels location is excellent. It gives the best value for money for 5/6 day stopovers. It’s close proximity to Waverley station for connectivity and the f&b options are endless. The rooms are not spacious but comfortable. The staff particularly Rasa were courteous and helpful.
