My stay at the hotel was really comfortable, but what truly made the experience special was the receptionist Wasan. She was incredibly kind, always smiling, and genuinely helpful. Her warm attitude gave me a great first impression from the moment I arrived. I really appreciate her professionalism and sweetness — having someone like her at the front desk definitely elevates the whole hotel. Thank you.

Good location, friendly staff I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service at this hotel, the friendly staff, ready to meet our needs; the rooms are large, spacious, clean, with large and very comfortable beds, and the breakfast is very tasty and varied. On my next visit to Edinburgh, I will definitely choose this hotel again, which is also close to the airport, but you can also get to the city very easily by tram. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a night during a work trip. The location was chosen for proximity to the office but it has great transport links into Edinburgh via the train/tram (and also the airport) . The hotel is clean and has the facilities you need, it is a little noisy with the train/tram line if you have a room that backs on that way. I would def stay here again if coming to Edinburgh and it’s a lot cheaper than central Edinburgh.
