Clean and comfortable room, there was nice and clean gym, an indoor swimming pool and a heated sauna room. The tram station is close to the hotel (4mins walk), it takes about 20mins to city center on trams. KFC and Krispy Kreme are adjacent to the hotel.

The most pleasant, helpful and friendly staff I’ve come across in years… Great location, city center easily accessed by tram, great food with generous portions, great bar with some live music (but not loud)… Did I mention the staff..?? I’m sorry I didn’t catch names but they were all so kind…

I was at a Christmas party at the Novotel hotel at Edinburgh Park last night. Every part of the evening was exceptional from start to finish. All staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond to make our evening enjoyable. The food was to a very high standard and enjoyed by everyone. I will definitely be back to visit the restaurant in the near future.

Excellent hotel. Third time staying here in a couple of years and it continues to be excellent value for money. The location is perfect, only a minutes walk to the tram stop to get directly into the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel has a lovely pool, perfect to relax after a day in the city. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection on offer and the service from all staff is superb. Will definitely return again.
