Dear Xiaojian H., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Novotel Edinburgh Park. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; I am surprised to hear that the staff was not smiling and not being welcomed as we get hundreds of reviews where guests are praising our staff for their welcoming. At Novotel, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. As tap water is drinkable in Scotland we don't provide water in the rooms.
