We arrived in the evening Check in by Tatiana and Usman was smooth and quick. Aiden took us up to our room and showed us how to work the lifts, and where things were in our room. The room had a balcony that overlooked St Andrews Square. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Hotel very contemporary and trendy. Reece and Jamie were on the bar and both gave tips on places to visit and see. In the morning Zoltan and Gosia were very helpful in keeping us right. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was continental with a fabulous choice. Bed very comfortable. Very clean hotel. There are some steps up to the hotel. Edinburgh is a great city to visit and this hotel couldn’t be in a better location!

Stayed here. Found the hotel in a very central location. Close to bars and restaurants. We were checked in by Tatiana and Usman, which was smooth and quick. Aiden showed us to our room, where he told us about where we could find an iron or have laundry done, among other things. Our room had a balcony round it, where we could see views of the Scott Monument and Calton Hill. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. Zoltan and Gosia assisted us at breakfast on where to find everything. Jamie and Reece were very attentive at the bar. They gave us tips on where to go, and what to see. Hotel very clean and all staff very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy and slept well. Not noisy for central location.

Great location in Edinburgh! Have stayed here a few times now and it's a great hotel with great value for money. Walking distance from Waverley Train Station. Staff are all super friendly and helpful. I had an amazing room on this trip with a gorgeous rooftop balcony, just a shame about the Scottish weather on this visit! Room super spacious, comfy bed, very modern bathroom and very bright and airey. Bar is open 24 hours and a the breakfast offered was continental. Lots of choice. Would most definetly stay again!

The Ibis Styles is a unique hotel with a touch of Art Deco..Something very different to the norm!!..Very clean and extremely comfortable. The room was a reasonable size with a small table and two chairs .. A nice large balcony from which can be seen the Edinburgh Castle which is especially spectacular when lit up at night. A small bathroom but, it had a nice shower and a large vanity basin…. Towels were changed every day and room housekeeping was on request. By pushing a button on the inside that glowed green on the outside of the room… very convenient. A comfortable bed with good bedside lamps . A small but, adequate wardrobe with drawers. Downstairs is a bar and casual dining where in the mornings a continental breakfast is served. Lots of choices.. The hotel has a very relaxed feel about it with friendly staff to help you settle in. Situated on St.Andrews Sq opposite the park it is very central and not far from the rail station….You can walk through the park and take the tram to the Airport or Ocean Terminal where you can visit the Royal Yacht Britannia.. Definitely worth a visit and enjoy a cuppa In the Royal Deck Tearoom whilst onboard… Overall the hotel was a great place to spend 5 nights and I would definitely stay there again……
