Dear Lu , Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent experience. I sincerely apologize for any distress caused by the security breach and the lack of follow-up communication. We did speak with housekeeping and it was genuine human error to open before 12 pm, they did knock, however they did not wait enough time for you to respond.
