The location is convenient and close to major attractions, but it was not clear during booking that there is no room cleaning service. Towels must be changed at reception, there was no soap or tissues in the room, and the air conditioning cannot be adjusted. موقع الفندق قريب من أغلب الأماكن السياحية، ولكن عند الحجز لم يكن واضحاً عدم وجود خدمة تنظيف الغرف. كما يتوجب النزول إلى الاستقبال في كل مرة لتغيير الفوط. إضافةً إلى ذلك، لا يوجد صابون أو مناديل في الغرفة، ولا يمكن التحكم في المكيّف

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and for your loyalty as an ALL Silver member. I’m glad to hear you found our location convenient and close to major attractions. As an aparthotel, our service style is a little different from a traditional hotel. We do not provide daily housekeeping as part of the standard package, though fresh towels, linen, and other replacement items can be collected from reception free of charge at any time during your stay. For stays of 8 nights, we include one housekeeping service during the stay. I am sorry this was not clear during booking, and I will ensure this is reviewed so our service style is better communicated. I also note your comments about the absence of soap and tissues in the room, and the inability to adjust the air conditioning, and I will share these points with the team for review. Regarding your welcome drink, these are now digitalised and can be redeemed via your ALL Accor app. If you are unable to install or access the app, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the team during your stay so we can assist you in claiming it. شكرا للسماح لنا بالدخول المبكر ، الغرفه مريحه وعلى الرغم من صغر المساحه الا انها ملائمه للعد ومجهزه بالضروريات ،موقع الفندق ملائم جداً فقط لو يتم توفير المستلزمات للغرف بطريقة سلسة ومن دون سؤال للرسبشن فهي طريقة غير عملية للضيف ابداً

For stays of less than 8 nights, housekeeping is not part of the standard package, though fresh towels, linen, and other replacement items can be collected from reception free of charge at any time. For stays of 8 nights or more, one complimentary mid week room service is included.
