Avoid at all costs! Scam hotel takes 100’s more after check in!

Awful reception staff especially the bald male. Hotel charged me £60 for breakfast I already paid the £30 in my booking and they charged me again on arrival as they “couldn’t find proof on their system” this same system then attempted to charge my bank £156.60 and then £126.60 thankfully my bank blocked it the staff said it was an error no apology absolutely vile! I’m travelling solo with 3 children if my bank had not blocked it then it would have ruined our trip completely. His response was “we would have refunded you” how long would that have taken? How many people have been charged more and not realised! I will never stay with this chain again. Arguing with a customer at the front desk over their errors.. disgusting.

Great location near citycenter Martin at the reception was very helpful. We really enjoyed time at the hotel bar, Sasa and Sofia together with singer made nice atmosphere in the evening. Service by Magda and the crew made tasty breakfast

The hotel is in a great location for visiting Edinburgh, the rooms are very spacious, the cleaning is impeccable every day, and the staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, especially Aroa, Jesica, and Magda, who recommended places to eat and assisted us at all times. Our experience was a 10 out of 10; we are very happy.

We chose very well staying here.

Great location for walking around the city. The hotel was modern and very crisp and clean. We used the gym, pool and jacuzzi and were very nice. We had a Superior room which wasn’t much more in price but gave us a bit more room and had a big TV and a comfy bed. Only thing I didn’t like was the separate small toilet room which I never really understand. Hotel bar was really nice and does live music it looks like. Breakfast was £18 and was average however the waffle machine was a real plus, but there are plenty of lovely cafes around that area you should check out. All in all it’s a no brainer this is a very good hotel you won’t be disappointed and some bad reviews on here I would take with a pinch of salt.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Edinburgh. The service was impeccable from start to finish, and the rooms were comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The hotel is also very well located — you can easily walk to most of the city’s main attractions, which made exploring Edinburgh incredibly convenient. A special mention goes to Enrico at the front desk, who was a great example of outstanding hospitality and made my visit even more memorable. Highly recommended!
