Everything is old and tired. The fan in the bathroom was so noisy that you couldn’t leave it on. You need to “order” your room be serviced by 0900, but they don’t tell you that and check-in. So we put the “come in, we’re out” sign (weird sign if you ask me) expecting the room to be serviced. , and came home to no room serviced. The restaurant was less than average. You stand at the “wait to be seated” sign, only to be told to read the menu at the counter and then let him know what you want. Can’t even take it to the table. Overall, very unimpressed for an ibis styles hotel

The rooms were absolute disgusting, I found spiders, socks and for some reason my fire alarm kept going off. It was very soundproof, I could even hear arguing next door, and people could hear me. The rooms smelt strange, the bunk beds were super creaky. Please go somewhere else

The first impression in reception area was good, smelled very clean, however as soon as I entered our room I was overcome with smell of damp/mould and a odour that made my eyes water, it was the most disgusting smell . I returned to reception and refund was processed immediately no questions asked (as if it was expected). I do not recommend anyone stay at this facility.

The first impression upon walking into reception was good, the hotel smelled very clean, however as soon as I opened the door of the chalet I was overcome with smell of damp and mould. After reporting this to reception and asking for another room which was accommodated the same thing happened another mouldy,damp room. I would not advise anyone with breathing issues,allergies or young children to stay here. Overall the rooms and public areas were clean but are in need of a serious revamp.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Ibis Styles Eaglehawk. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and eager to assist. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I was even offered a complimentary drink while I settled in. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly each night. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained, with fluffy towels and high-quality toiletries.
