I stayed for almost a week on business as part of a group booking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was difficult to get a second room key for some reason. The restaurant food is a good standard and the bar area is clean and spacious. My room was adequate, the carpet is a light colour so shows up all the dirt, the carpet in my room was very dirty. The beds are quite comfortable but the bed linen was clean, but appeared quite old. Bathroom was fine, laundry service good. The hotel is situated quite far from the city centre and any external restaurants, bars and night life. A free shuttle would be a nice touch... I am returning soon as a business trip next week, hopefully I will enjoy my stay again, but with a slightly nicer room!
