We truly regret that your visit did not reflect the high standards of service and comfort that we strive to provide to all our guests. We have carefully noted your detailed feedback regarding the early check-in request, extra bed arrangement, service delays, and communication concerning your billing and loyalty points. Please be assured that we are taking this very seriously. Your comments have been shared with the concerned department heads to review and address the gaps you have highlighted. Regarding your ALL points eligibility, we regret the confusion and inconvenience caused. Reservations made through certain corporate booking channels may, unfortunately, not qualify for loyalty benefits as per Accor’s global policy. However, we will recheck your booking details internally and liaise with our Accor support team to confirm your case specifically.
