Mixed Experience at Novotel Hongqiao – Great Location but Major Shortcomings This hotel has an excellent location, right in the heart of the city. However, the property shows its age with somewhat dated decor and persistent issues like a lingering smoke smell in the corridors, which was noticeable throughout my stay. On the positive side, the bed was exceptionally comfortable – one of the best I've had in a while – and they thoughtfully provided 1.5 liters of complimentary drinking water each day, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was a major disappointment. It didn't cool the room at all, merely circulating warm air. I requested a room change, but the problem persisted, leaving me uncomfortable. They did propose a portable fan to help, I guess I wasn't the first to complain. WiFi was another low point: virtually non-existent bandwidth made it impossible to stream or work reliably. I ended up relying on my mobile data roaming for everything from emails to online research. The staff suggested it was due to my VPN usage, but switching to cellular data proved the hotel's connection was the real culprit – it worked flawlessly there. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The selection was average, but the croissants – a staple in any French hotel – were disappointingly dry and flavorless, which felt like a real letdown. Overall, while the location and bed redeem it somewhat, the maintenance issues and unreliable amenities dragged down the experience. I'd suggest it only for a short stay if you're prioritizing centrality over comfort. 2/5 stars.

🏨 酒店： 上海建滔諾富特酒店 Novotel Shanghai Hongqiao 📍 地址：中國上海市長寧區協和路1102號 ⏰ 營業時間：酒店全年開放，Check-in 14:00｜Check-out 12:00 💡 建議：適合商務旅客、親子家庭、會展參加者建議選擇高樓層客房享受更佳城市景觀週末提早預訂，常滿房 🏨 酒店簡介 位於交通樞紐與城市綠地交匯處的建滔諾富特酒店，坐落於虹橋商務區的核心地帶，交通非常便利， 是雅高集團旗下的中高端品牌，結合現代設計與舒適功能，設施完善，服務國際化。距離虹橋機場與虹橋火車站僅約15分鐘車程，往浦東機場則大概要1個多小時。 酒店對面是由英格卡購物中心（IKEA母公司）開發和管理的綜合體大型購物中心 薈聚（Livat Shanghai），除了IKEA ，還有各檔次的餐廳等超過350家品牌租戶， 酒店位置優越卻旺中帶靜，是商務與休閒旅客的理想落腳點。由於酒店 離公司及機場蠻近，對面也是新的大型商場薈聚 ，出發機場當天可以先把行李放前台寄存，在薈聚 吃完飯閒逛完便可以到酒店拿行李到機場，非常方便，所以現在已離不開，幾乎都是預訂這一間酒店，對個人來說是到上海出差首選。整體來說，在上海長寧虹橋附近來說，性格比是一等一的。 🍽️ 酒店設施亮點｜Dining & Facilities 酒店於2018年開業，行政樓層在11樓，其他客房在5-11樓，建議要求高樓層景觀會較優，我今次住在9樓，3樓有健身室、日式餐廳 (06:30-23:00)，自助餐則是在2樓的悅。中餐廳(11:30-14:30 & 17:00-22:00)，1樓是酒店大堂及美食吧(08:00-23:00)，套票組合若有下午茶(必須於入住當日14:00-18:00 使用 )的話便會在這裡享用。雖然下午茶是包括在套票組合 ，但質量不錯，咖啡、小蛋糕都值得一試。 房間整潔無異味，設施齊全，配備空調、速度不錯的Wi-Fi、插頭USB都很足、平面電視、保險箱、冰箱，蠻欣賞這裡的迷你吧的飲料都可以飲用， 洗手間有乾濕分離，設備用料都很優。 前台服務團隊很專業高效，入住過程很順利，還會附送小禮包，有牙刷、牙膏及梳，很體貼。

酒店就在临空经济区，淞虹路地铁站附近，开车、地铁都方便，距离虹桥机场及高铁站也不远； 隔壁就是上海荟聚，吃喝玩乐方便； 这次入住的是套房，房间很棒、很新；酒店早餐也不错。 因为此次带孩子出游，如果酒店能多一些儿童设施就更好了。

Chambre ‘Premier’ bien aménagée, et buffet avec un choix assez large pour le petit déjeuner. Mais Accueil minimaliste. Il faut tout réclamer (welcome drink All Diamond entre autres), le ‘gourmet bar’ ferme 2 heures avant l’heure annoncée par écrit, et même les indications données pour rejoindre la station de métro pourtant toute proche sont étonnantes ! Pour un ‘petit déjeuner’ très tôt commandé à l’avance pour le jour du départ? 4 petits pains secs et 4 petits fruits :-( La planète est également oubliée, avec une ‘power card’ à demeure dans l’emplacement prévu pour le badge d’accès à la chambre, afin de ne jamais économiser l’électricité…

太多缺点都不知道从何说起，就按照时间顺序吧 1.CI 给我们办理CI的前台一看就是业务非常不熟练的暑期工，办理流程缓慢且透露出一股迷茫不知道该做什么的状态，时不时还得跟主管去确认，同比另外的几个前台暑期工业务水平差距很大。 2.房间 作为雅高白金会员，房间安排在了最低楼层，而且酒店周边在施工，环境嘈杂还影响观感。下楼以后要求换房，我不说房型升级的事情前台也跟忘了一样，后续也只升级了一级，房型一模一样只是楼层高了一点。点名表扬8月2日下午的那位门童，帮我们换房间的时候非常积极主动而且服务很到位。 3.服务 飞猪官方旗舰店订的，有附送一个下午茶，东西很少也不好吃，这个既然是免费的也不抱什么期待。离谱的是大堂吧坐着吃下午茶的时候一只蜘蛛爬裤子上，我去找工作人员，大堂吧的一个小姑娘丢给我几张纸让我自己解决，然后跑掉了，躲后厨去了？？这是正常人能干的事情吗？？我反应给前台经理，后来给我打电话加微信说了一些抱歉的话，说送了水果到房间，我寻思就红绿灯三个水果不是正常就该有的么。 4.会员权益 有早，要求了以后有房型升级，有酒廊不开门，但是没有替代方案。白金会员权益体现不出来。 5.总结 管理不到位，培训不到位，白金权益不到位
