Stayed here for 5 nights. Noticed they never changed the bedsheet and my bathrobe at all. Not even once. It's not like i paid at a discounted price. I paid for full price like other. Should have at least change it once. Not view at all. Stayed on the 5th floor and view was blocked by the arena next door. Located at the Albert's Dock so have to walk around 15 mins to get to the city center. Gym was small and not well equipped. Not weight machine at all. Only 1 bench with free weights. One of the worst Pullman hotel i ever stayed in.

Quite frankly this has been the best hotel stay i have had . Staff could not do enough for us . Pillows and bed were extremely comfortable and we heard no noise . The breakfast was lovely . Looking forward to our next stay . It’s an easy walk to Albert docks and well located for the m&s arena next door

Excellent evening on the 8th floor. Lovely staff and surprised us with an upgrade as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Our room had views of the Mersey and Liver buildings which were stunning. Extensive breakfast choices. Reception helped us get a quick taxi when we ere running late too.

If I could give it a zero I would. Found someone else's pubic hair on the bed on the first night which was disgusting as they quite clearly don't change anything. Then the cleaning staff moved mine and my girlfriends personal property without our permission and also used my girlfriends toothbrush and hand cream. Never book with them unless you want your personal property rumaged through by cleaners

Daniel I am sorry that you have rated your experience so low. Having investigated with the team your room was serviced. This is in line with the service we provide clearly we do understand guests can prefer privacy so if a 'Do Not Disturb' sign is displayed then this will not be completed but in this case this was not displayed. To facilitate the servicing of your room we we did have to carefully move some of the items in the room however using guests property is not something that is ever done here at Pullman Liverpool. Clearly there is a lapse of standards with a hair being discovered for which I sincerely apologise this has been addressed with our head housekeeper, but I would like to assure you this is not in keeping with the high standards of cleanliness we provide. kind regards Neil Brailsford General Manager

This was our third visit to the Pullman in Liverpool in the last 12 months and once again we had a lovely stay. All the staff, from reception to restaurant were friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. It was very busy as there were two conferences on and we did think that we it may have caused a bit of a wait at breakfast but we were found a table straight away, the chefs made sure that the food was refilled and it was all nice and warm. We were asked by staff if everything was ok and did we need anything else The rooms are extremely well equipped and comfortable, I wish I could take the bed home !! Everything is of a very high quality and extremely clean. With the rooms being soundproof we weren’t disturbed by any other guests even though the hotel was quite full. We look forward to our next visit to Liverpool and staying at the Pullman
